Work done: 2 Rooms Tile and Linoleum, and 3 room carpet cleaning special.
I spent over $400 and I will have to replace all the carpets because, though stated they could probably clean, they couldn't. The Tile and Linoleum floors were said not to have the proper equipment for cleaning though they cleaned a little by hand and charged us. We are recleaning these floors ourselves. It would have been better to charge me a trip fee, and simply tell me you couldn't clean it.
Our carpet looked great and I love the fact that you don't use soap. Actually, our carpet now looks brand new!!

My tile and grout looks awful. I feel it is a reasonable request for your company to return my tile floors to what they looked like prior to your visit. I am very disappointed that it has taken over a week for your management to take responsibility for the error made on our floor. I also do not appreciate that you immediately cashed our check even though we had had indicated we were dissatisfied with the outcome. I would appreciate a call from the owner to Phone number removed to discuss how your company plans to make this right. Thank you.

Please see other email sent when technician emailed the invoice. I was overcharged for cleaning an additional room. Items were not placed back where they belonged. Invoice was sent by email after the tech left. I feel like I was totally ripped off.
The technician was very professional, polite, and explained everything to me. The service was outstanding and my carpet looks beautiful. I am very pleased with it. However, the next morning when I stepped outside to get my paper, I saw a huge ugly stain in the street where the truck had been sitting during the cleaning process. What is that?? I think the neighbors who noticed the Zerorez truck will not be impressed with that!! Unacceptable! Please get back with me on this.

We decided to try Zerorez after hearing your ads. I was expecting a bill of around $90 for one large room and a small hallway. The bill ended up being around $270! Up charges for spot treating 2 areas and then the Scotch Guard treatment thripled the bill. I feel we should have been made aware of possible up charges. Don't most rugs need spot treatment when you are called?
There are two dirty spots remaining on the carpet that I had expected would have come clean. They are from tobacco ashes.
The odors are gone because of your service and because of the ozone machine that I left on in the apartment for 2 days.

The clean look of the carpet and knowing they didn't use chemicals and soap
It was able to get MOST of the deep stains out of all areas of our carpet. It removed red juice, koolaid, milk, and only God knows what else was ground into our carpet.
My carpets look almost like new again and even the heavy traffic pattern areas look so much better than I ever expected. I'm especially amazed at the results from having you clean my floor tiles in my kitchen - I have light colored grout and tiles which weren't looking as good as they once did. After your visit, they truly look as good now as the day they were installed! It's amazing! Thank you & I'll be using your service exclusively from now on!
I like that there is no residual smell of chemicals. It did, however, NOT dry in 2 hours and the technician did not move one single little tiny thing. I can see at the edge of my couch where he didn't clean closely enough at the edge. I didn't expect him to move the couch, but to try to get at the corners. I didn't notice it while he was here.
Your technique did, however, get an old stain out that had been here before and another carpet cleaning company could not get it out!

It was not the same level of service as the first visit. The first visit, the technician brought in corner protectors so that the hose would not rub on the walls, however this technician did not do the same so the hose rubbed on the corners.
