How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet in high traffic areas look a little better but not really clean - maybe there isn't a product that will get them really clean - I don't know - I think our tec went over them a lot but I also think they needed some high power cleaner not just special water.

Carpets look great. They were dry the next day. The tech came on time and wrapped up in the timeframe that I was given. Billy did a great job!

We were quoted $99 and because our rooms were larger, our bill was $226, we were also told they did 2 pet stain removals.......we don't have any pets.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We asked for a simple receipt PRIOR to the service performed. We were told that there would be NO problem and they would take care of it. After the job was completed, we were given the total and gave the technician a check...NO RECEIPT! The technician said that a receipt would be sent via email...about 6 hours later!

What could we do to improve?

I had a spot where an entire bottle of Boost (a protein drink for seniors) spilled. that spot should have been gone over multiple times until all of it came up. It looked okay while wet (though a little whitish) but it dried to a hard crust and you can actually still feel the drink like a hard spot in the carpet. Other than that spot I was very happy with the rest of the cleaning.

The pricing was a little out of my price range. Also, my living room rug did not show a difference once it was cleaned.I was very happy about my couches but I could only have 2 of the 3 cleaned due to the high pricing. I just wish my rug would have turned our better. My guy was very professional and he took a long time on the couches so I am sure by the time he got to the rug he was tired.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have heard numerous radio commercials on your great services. So, after our new home was renovated, I contacted your company to clean the air ducts as the house was covered in dust. First I went to the website to see if you did duct cleaning and yes you did and you offered anti-microbial protection as well. The way it is worded, I assumed it to be included with the duct cleaning. I called to schedule an appointment and was told the first 10 vents/ducts would cost $249 and each add'l $30. I wasn't sure how many I had but was certain it would be more than 10. When your service person, Roy, arrived Friday evening around 5:00, an air conditioner service person was there and things were a bit hectic. Roy reviewed the number of vents with me then informed me the return air vent was an additional $75, something your sales representative failed to mention when I made the reservation. As Roy began servicing the ducts, I remarked about the anti-microbial treatment and was surprised when he said it was an additional charge. Something else your sales representative failed to tell me. After Roy wrote up the charges is when he informed me there was a gas charge of $8 that everyone must pay. Another charge I was uninformed of. So, I planned to spend was approximately $300 - $325 ended up costing $550. I wasn't happy. On the following Monday, I contacted the supervisor, Brad, to express my dissatisfaction with not being fully informed of all the costs before I made the reservaation. He was defensive and unapologetic and said I SHOULD have asked. I disagree and belive it is your responsibility to inform potential customers and if they don't know the questions to ask, then I suggest you train your reps to offer the information anyway. Brad said he would listen to the recording of my call and offered a $50 coupon for another duct cleaning. I was offended and very displeased with his lack of concern and basically it was MY fault. I hope these comments will reach either John or Bo or both of them. Not only am I unhappy about being "taken advantage" of, I belive the phone sales representatives should offer more information , having surpervisors with attitudes like Brad's will not enhance your customer base.

Quoted me a price then charged me a greater price than quoted "plus tax". Left stains on my carpet that were not there before from dirty liquids running out of the steamer, and then would not come out the next day to remove them, but rather made me wait 2 days on their schedule with no concern for mine. Very bad customer service!! As far as Im concerned I would rather have my money back and use another service next time. I will not recomend zerorez to anyone due to these issues!!

True to the name...the process leaves no residue. It looks and feels practically brand new. I especially like the sanitizing aspect of it...good clean scent. Couldn't be happier with the results.

The professionalism and very couteous personality of the serviceman who obviously had a great knowledge about cleaning carpets and removing stains - especially, in our case, a blood stain Not only was he able to remove the stain, which says a lot about your products, but he explained the potential danger of the stain and also what he was doing step by step. ALso, those carpets which were not stained, he was able to get extremely clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our 12 year old white carpet (not our choice in color...it was in the house) looks and feels like new after a Zerorez visit.
The carpet dries in very little time...so, life as usual resumes.
No stink (the other carpet cleaners highly perfumed stuff stinks = headache).
I know the carpet is truly clean, so the grandbabies can crawl on it w/o any worries.
The carpet looks great and will look that way for a long time = good investment, and it makes me look good!

The reason I called Zerorez was for the $89 special for 3 rooms. I told the girl when I called that I had pets. She said there might be an additional cost due to the pets, but I had no idea it would be so much. First the $89 special is $97 when you add the $8 whatever charge, second was told by Randy it would be another $60 for two of the rooms which would more than double my price. I felt lectured, pressured, and insulted by Randy and did not appreciate that at all. To make it worse, he did it twice and told me I needed to "budget" for the additional pet charge the next time. I personally moved everything but a desk which was light and the frame of a bed, so I made it easy on the guys. I also vacuumed two of the rooms. The guys came earlier than agreed upon and I was told it wasn't necessary to vac the third room, so they cleaned without it being vac'd. When my son walked across the third room floor (after it was dry) he got dog hairs on his socks. The dogs had not been in the room since the cleaning. I had a wonderful gentleman from a former church that only charged me $50 to clean a room. He never complained about me having pets. He always did whatever needed to be done for that price. I haven't called him for a while because I have my own Bissell carpet cleaner, but due to my son's wedding needed some quick help at a very stressful time. Just prior to their leaving, Randy opened a composite notebook and informed me that that was where I was to write any comments I might have regarding the service. The whole thing just added stress to an already emotionally/financially stressed time in my life. I wish you would advertise on another radio station because I like KLTY!
