There was never any mention of an extra charge for stain removal, however we were billed for it.
The technician who cleaned the floors never mentioned it and told us the final bill would be emailed to us... I then called customer service and they said this was a normal fee. We are disappointed with the "hidden fee" approach to billing.
Z told me he was putting some microbiobial stuff in the protectant for the carpet and I could give him alittle extra on the side and he would save me $210.00. I gave him $80.00 and then found out there is no such thing for the carpet.
He BROKE a leaded glass piece on my coffee table. He didn't bother to tell me and I found it 2 days after he left. (no one had been in the house but him during those 2 days.) He spent at least an hour before cleaning talking and telling me all kinds of stories about his experiences as a paramedic and carpet cleaner.

Be more upfront with the cost of the extras. Went from a $180.00 carpet cleaning to a $1200 job. It was a little overwhelming . When I asked about stretching the carpet, they could of told me over the phone how much you charge per foot, ect...instead of being shocked at a price of $800. Our tech was very informative and explained everything to us and the carpet looked great.

The pet odor and stains did not come out of the carpet. Your advertisements say that you can get anything out of carpets and make them like brand new. Most of the carpet turned out good except for all the pet areas that are still yellow and smell. I spent a lot of money to get your company to get them clean and don't feel I got what I paid for.
I called the next day and have the same technician coming out to redo Wednesday, July 11th.
I hope it comes clean with another treatment.
I won't be a raving fan until it does.
Two things one I have already recommended you to 3 different people Joseph Taylor client buying a house, Kathy Cook , sister-in-law, and favorite aunt First name removed Brown.
Second, the carpet is incredible clean to look at but a little stiff to the touch. Is that normal?
It is a little pricey.
I was pleased with the customer service of the people who came to my house as well as the results of your service. However, I was very surprised at the end of my cleaning to be told that any carpet protection product that had previously been on my carpet was now no longer there and that for $30 a room you all would re-apply it. That would have almost doubled the cost of the service! I felt like that should have been a standard explanation at the point I called to receive a quote and not an add-on at the end of the service. To be honest, it felt a little deceptive. Because your product is so different from most other carpet cleaning services (and therefore the protectant issue is not common) and the cost is significant, that should be explained up front. Based on cost and my particular circumstance, I decided against the protectant. That was my only issue with the service, but it was somewhat significant in my opinion and resulted in my lower rating.
The pet stains were not removed completely although I was told that they would not be visible at all once the carpet dried. The carpets took much longer to dry than I was told. The price was higher than I expected.
No chemicals are used.
I didnt like that to get up pet stains it cost extra. I exopected to pay what I was quoted on the phone. The van was scary. I was a uneasy as it was a white pannel van, no windows, no business name on the side. The license plates said covert?? Not very professional looking and it made me question letting the man in my home. After meeting him he was very nice and helpful. He did the cleaning REALLY fast and the carpet was wet for hours. I apreciate getting it done in a timely manner but would have thought it would take a little longer than it did... It still looks super where I paid extra for the pet treatments but stains are back where I did not. Kind of dissapointing..
Service tech was very professional and easy to have work at our home
They work well without an odor, and the special price I heard on the commercial was very reasonable. I also got a phone call 30 minutes prior to the service time and the service was during the 2 hour window I was given.
The technician was very friendly but had some issues with his equipment the day he cleaned my carpet. This made the carpet cleaning turn into an ALL DAY appointment. This was some what convenient but made the tech very frustrated.
Eliminate all of the exta charges such as Fuel Charge and stain removal. These should be part of the service.

promptness and efficiency
The technician did not clean everywhere, didn't treat obvious spots, it just didn't seem clean when finished. Then he asked where the check was and ran out the door without giving us an invoice or telling us where to get one. I was very pleased the first time I used Zerorez and so disappointed this time.
I was actually mostly very happy with your service, but that doesn't mean that I'm likely to recommend your company as I rarely talk 'carpet-cleaning' with friends & associates. Your employee was wonderful - very hard working, respectful, patient helpful and uncomplaining (our house was not exactly cool). There was a bit of miscommunication about the cost of stretching our buckled carpets so our bill was higher than anticipated, but I take responsibility for that. The only complaint I have about the actually cleaning is that the edges of the stair steps could have used another swipe to look and be really clean - there was a narrow, 'missed' strip on some.
When the technician came to my house, he suggested that I might want to add the stairs to the 5 room's work that had been discussed on the phone. I agreed that they really needed cleaning, and I can't fault a guy for attempting to up-sell. I was taken aback when the new bill was going to be twice as much as had been discussed on the phone when I made the appointment. I was pleased with the job that was done, but not the apparent "bait and switch."
Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. My carpets look better than ever.
