How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I already responded to a customer web site but in short, the upselling was very disappointing, but even more disappointing was the quality of work. I believe that if I would call another carpet cleaning business they would be able to get more dirt out. When I pointed the problem areas out to the technician, he gave me a bunch of doubletalk and I finally gave up trying to communicate with him.

You were fast, thorough and the rugs were clean! There was no sticky residue and no chemical smell.

Very little of the spots on the carpet came up. Some of them appeared lighter until the carpet dried. The stairs were only cleaned on the top not on the front edge and it is noticeably different now that it is dry.

My carpet looks horrible. Please view the picture I have sent to your email address. I would like a manager to contact me. I have a HUGE dark stain that arose by the time the carpet dried. The carpet looks nothing like it did when the technician left. Even though I have had a horrible experience, your technician was very personable and professional. I have had my carpets cleaned before and these stains have never shown up. Please contact me.

If you have a spot on the carpet just treat that one spot and not the whole room where there is no spots and charge me for just those areas where the spots are. I think that you change way to much for your spot removel service.

What could we do to improve?

Ensure that dispatcher are giving customers the correct information regarding time
of arrival, moving furniture, number of men/women performing the cleaning. Dispatcher
info was not the same info given to the young man who came to clean the carpets. No phone call ahead of time, no other helpers, no mention of moving anything. The employee was very
nice, polite and did a good job considering his info was different than what I received
from the dispatcher.

the next day after having the carpet cleaned I got some water from the washing machine on the edge of the carpet. after using a towel to dry it up I was pulling up a lot of dirt just from blotting up the water. technician was very nice.

I got an Oriental rug cleaned and thought I would get it back. They tried to deliver me the wrong and as first would not deliver the rug on Saturday which is the day they picked it up on. This was not mentioned about no Saturday deliver when I decided to get the rug cleaned.

The carpet agitator I think did the trick. It was an amazing difference... I really should have taken a before and after shot. I have 5 young kids, so my carpets take a beating, but they look brand new!
