Carpet looks like new!
I was told the $89 for 3 rooms did not include sanitizing as advertised on WBAP and it would cost me $150 more or there was no guarantee
Hav customer service moreknowlefgable on cost so people don't get unexpected costs.

Service was good. Tech was friendly. Not overly impressed with quality of the treatments. There are still stains in the den carpet that the tech did not point out to me. Appear to be more visable over the past week. Also, your treatment did not get out the stains from the door in our bedroom.
Other companies do not compare to the quality service of Zerorez. Not only was Joseph professional in the work he did but he took the time to explain evrything to me. I have already recommended your company to my neighbors and family

Make sure the entire job is done before leaving the house. An area rug was missed and we agreed on having if done. I hope the fee to return to our house will be waived.

tile and grout cleaning was very spoty I need to rub off excess and messed the base board ..
Technicians did excellant job. carpets were not saturated & didn"t take long to dry & they

The cleaning was to include removal of any pet stains in the carpet and since I only saw a small amount before cleaning with the black light I wanted to be sure that the removal of stains occurred when finished. I was unable to see a substantual difference other than the nice vacuum look. Had to remind them to put up corner guards for the baseboard corners. Only time will tell if this is any better than other companies.
Tom, your Zerorez representative was extremely professional and knowlegable. The cleaning met our expectations and we are very pleased with the result.
At the time of scheduling I expressed the need for a small carpet repair and was told that your people could do that and that I just needed to talk to the technitian when he arrives. The technitian knew nothing about a carpet repair and was not someone who could do such a repair. The carpet cleaning was very satisfactory but I was delayed an additional day to find a carpet company to repair my carpet.
The tech that came to my house didn’t give me a choice of not adding the “pet odor” cleaner for an additional $60 dollars. When my husband came home the carpet in the den was still wet and his comment was “the house smells like wet dog”. I said it would be much better once the carper dried. Well after it dried, the house still does not smell as fresh as it did when Dalworth cleaned it last year. I have hardwoods throughout my house expect the den. This is the only carpet that was cleaned and it is 8 yrs old. I watched the video on your website of your cleaning process and it seemed pretty extraordinary. Well the results smell for themselves. I will not be calling Zerorez again to clean my carpet. Now I am really ready to replace it. I left the den for a few minutes and the tech had already sprayed the pet odor cleaner on the carpet. I don’t feel I got any value for the additional costs. I don’t feel like it had time to even soak up the dog smells in my carpet before he started sucking it up. I would like a supervisor to come to my home and confirm this is the best work you all can do. The carpet is vacuumed at least once weekly sometimes twice weekly with a Rainbow vacuum. The two gentlemen that come to our home were very pleasant, kind and explained all that would be taking place during the carpet cleaning.
These two gentleman that provided my service were the nicest most cordial service providers I've come across in years. because of them I opted for extra service that was done with outstanding competence. My carpet in the master bedroom was so clean I told I was going to sleep on the floor that night so i could enjoy it fully.
There's no smell and zero residue.
Your associate was very professional, entertained my questions effectively, and has a very good customer service attitude. I was well pleased. The products are very well utilized in the process that is generated. Yes, I am very pleased, in fact I already have given your company as referral for their carpet cleaning. I am interested in finding out about more of what you offer in home care cleaning in other areas.
Better stain-cleaning.
The carpet was crunchy after being cleaned. Also, while it originally looked to be stain free, the stains showed up again after drying. One of the techs asked to use the restroom while there, and made a mess of my newly cleaned bathroom (floors, toilet and sink). I was overall a bit disappointed. The best thing about the service was that the smell was out of the carpet.
