smells good, cleans well

Initial cleaning left our carpets too wet taking over 7-8 hours to completely dry which left brown spots on a quarter of the den area. Another cleaning associate returned to try and remove the spots which by the way have NEVER appeared when other carpet cleaning services were used in the past......then TWO associates retuned to take photos. Brad has visited with the promise to remove the uneven PH which he says is the problem. It has been a 10 day disappointment especially due to the fact I was having our captets cleaned for company THIS week. I would not recoment Zerorez at this time. Maybe after the spots are removed permanently during the next visit to be scheduled when our company leaves next week! Dr Name removed & Lynette K Ross......Midlothian, Texas

First, I believe Jimmy provided exemplary customer service by explaining home services in great detail. Plus, he did an extraordinary job cleaning our carpets. That said, I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and business associates. Matter of fact, I have already recommended your services to them.

Secondly, I believe Zerorez has an array of advanced home services, which we will be utilizing in the near future.

This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez and they do such a nice job. My carpets actually feel clean. I have used other steam cleaning services, well known names, but Zerorez is absolutely better. I will ALWAYS use them from now on.

Darwin (the technician) was very good and offered reasonable rates. Carpets and furniture look great.

My favorite factor is "no soap residue"!! I'm amazed at the power of water! The carpets also dry faster with no left soap.
