We schedule to have our carpets and tile clean and were convince to allow Zerorez to seal the tile as well. We were told that someone would be back the following day to seal the tile and so we moved our refrigerator, washer, and dryer out of the house to allow access to all of the tile. Our follow up appointment was not scheduled and therefore was delayed by a for four days while we had company. I feel the communication on scheduling needs to be improved in order to prevent this type of inconvenience to your customers.
The young lady on the phone I made the appointment with was very polite and helpful, very professional. Chris and Justin called to say they were ahead of schedule, which was fine with me, and arrived as scheduled. They were polite and hardworking--uniformed too. My only problem is that I can't print out my invoice. I'll call tomorrow about you all mailing me a copy. Oh, and the carpet looks great!
It took a lot longer to dry than I had expected.
We like the fact that it's safe in EVERY was as well as very effective. We have and do recommend Zerorez to our friends. Yours is the only service we use. Fortunately for us, we are now empty nesters and we don't need carpet service that often anymore.
Regarding the next question, what do we get out of it?
the way my house looks when you leave, the GREAT technicians you send, the price.
The results were great but the expense was way more than I expected. I can't help wondering if I overpaid. But.... my carpets look great.

We had to have our carpet cleaned twice because the first time didn't much much at all. Chargered us $140.00 to clean our our settee cleaned. Said it would take 2 weeks, took nearly a month. Couldn't even get the manager to call me back. Made a n appointment to deliver our settee during a 4 hour window. Called me nearly at the end of the 4 hour window and Said, sorry it's not done yet. Way over charged us for the cleaning compared to customer service we got. offered to stretch our capret for an additional $350.00 when they should do that for free for all the hassel we got.

I only had one room cleaned due to some cat odor. I explained clearly to the gentleman who was here what I needed cleaning and showed him the spot where my cat had urinated. He explained that the "topical" treatment that was sold to me over the phone for this issue would not make the smell go away and upgraded me to the other solution (to a tune of about $140.00 MORE) which he guaranteed. He told me he was going to flood the cat urine with this enzyme treatment. I told him my concerns about the rug drying as we had an issue with that the last time Zerorez cleaned some carpets for us and he guaranteed me the carpet would be dry within a couple of hours. None of this came true. My carpet stayed wet throughout the entire next day and the odor intensified stronger than before Zerorez was here. And, now there is a large brown spot in the corner. The carpet was cleaned on Friday and I contacted Zerorez late Saturday afternoon about these issues. I was told I would get a call from someone on Monday to schedule a redo. I hope the redo works.

The slight persistence with upselling was a little disappointing, although the flexibility on the pricing of the upsell was reasonable, and the work was done with diligence. No complaints about the service itself.

I wish you would have made all the carpets lines go in one direction when the carpet was drying and not have so many swirls Same with the furniture

Even though I was warned that some of the spots in my carpet might not come out, I was disappointed when they did not. I know the technician tried several methods to get them out, but I paid over $500 to get my carpets clean. That's a huge amount of money to me. I paid $60 extra for every room and still have urine spots showing. Some of the spots appeared to be gone while the carpets were wet, but showed up again when the carpet was dry. There were a few spots that may have been missed entirely, because most of the other spots were at least lighter.
the men doing the work were wonderful. What disappointed me it that it was such a small area. The 4 rooms for $89 turned into $600+. I told him to get it down to $300. So basically they did tile in the kitchen (small)for extra. The $89 went wy up because of a couple of chemicals the sprayed (honestly). No I would never recommend Zerorez to anyone. I would just get Stanley to clean athe caarpets and buy the Hoover spin cleaner for $12that will last for years. So you guys really taught me a lesson. Worst of all I have to keep hearing from my husband "I told you so".

The Technicians were wonderful. The carpet looks great. And they did it in a very timely fashion.
