Technicians were prompt and professional, explained the process and services well, and did not leave any stains or spots. Carpets dried quickly and feel nice and fluffy.
My students spilled drinks without letting anyone know and the carpet look horrible. The carpet looks fantastic and no strong smells from chemicals. We were able to teach a class later that afternoon. Thank you.

The cleaning was done only yesterday. But, so far the pet stains have not come back. If they don't come back at all, I will be amazed! Time will tell.

Everyone from customer service to the techs that came to the house have been every professional and courteous. I received a call 30 minutes before they arrived and I was able to meet them at the house.
Richard knows is stuff and did a great job communicating with me and recommending services.
I work for an environmental company so the fact that your prodcut is environmental friendly was a huge plus. I like the fact that you do not use a soap product so there will be nothing left to attract more dirt and you were able to remove left over soap from the previous carpet cleaning.

Good customer service and quick cleaning
I liked Terry Morton's professionalism and I loved the results on the carpet. In fact, Terry is scheduled to return and clean the rest of my house. I have recommended Zerorez to 10 friends and I know 2 have already made appointments.
Prior to Zerorez I used Chem-Dry (since 1985)and in recent years I have been dissatisfied with the results and the technicians who appeared to be newly trained and perhaps were working a summer job. One guy even used a bathroom without asking, left the toilet seat up and splashed urine around the toilet.
It really cleaned my carpet. Service was very efficient and men were very nice.
Give a breakdown of the charges instead of one overall price. Ultimately, I felt as if I had been taken advantage of as the Email receipt only showed the final charge.
Not did our carpets look amazing, the customer service was incredible!!! I loved that I got a follow up email when I booked my appointment but I also got an invoice emailed to me when they were done. Highly recommend Zerorez!!!!
I have heard good things about Zerorez on the radio. However, we still have many stains that were on our carpets before and our carpets were not nearly as dirty as many are. Also, I moved an ottoman today and found a LARGE RUST SPOT UNDER THE LEG where the carpet had been wet and no plastic put under to protect it. This upset me because it would have taken a tiny piece of plastic to avoid. Because of these things, I don't know if I would recommend Zerorez.
Streaking in carpet, differences between what was said about stain removal during initial appointment for quote vs during subsequent service appointment and follow up appt needed to have furniture put back in place. On positive note, the technicians were courteous and appreciate the non- chemical cleaning option

With todays economy pricing is important information to be given up front.
Not only did I NOT receive pricing information, the steps of what was being done and how it was going to be done were not discussed. I literally had to pull information from the tech that was sent to my house.
The most important aspect to me was making my carpets smell good since my dog just passed and the place smelled like a sick dog. This information was relayed to the tech and to the person I spoke to on the phone. NO ONE told me my carpets would not smell good after the treatment and it would cost me an additional $60 per room (i had 6 areas cleaned).

Not all the pet stains were removed and the extra $60 I spent (per two rooms)to make sure my pet could not smell the scent did not totally work.
Your product cleaned our carpet so well that the carpet looked as new as the carpet under the chair mat! Very impressive. You associate that did the work was very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing the job right.
