The service we received was great!!! I did not know that my carpet could look like that again. Nolan seemed to be very knowledgable about the process and didn't mind sharing information. Another impressive part was that the total cost of the job did not double after his arrival like mos companies. THANKS ZEROREZ!!

It really WORKS!!!!!!! Your process does an amazing job - I won't use any other cleaning service again, and I've tried several in the past. They never got out the spots but you did. Nothing does the job like Zerorez.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Mike was Great, but the product leaves something to be desired. No stains of any sort other than coffee, juice, or soda have ever been on this carpet and the stains returned almost as soon as the carpet dried. Paid extra for protectant due to Mike's professionalism, about ($325.00 total)for less than a 1400 square foot house (no kitchen or dining room cleaned), Paid my fair share but the process seems to be inferior.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I made the decision to use this service based off the comments from KLUV radio. It sounded like anything that was on the carpet, Zerorez would be able to remove. But apparently that is not true. There were spots that Zerorez was not able to remove. I am not sure what even some of the spots were, being that this was in an area where the kids play. There was one spot also in our bedroom that I think might be grease from someone shoe, that was unable to be removed. Now areas where there were drinks spilled and just traffic dirt those areas did clean. I was just expecting all dirt and stains to be removed.

When quote was given the $8 fuel charge was not included or mentioned. A large area was missed in the living roon, 2 stairs 10x2 each.

I think I was way over charged. I had a special for pretreat and clean three rooms for $89.99....$104 with tax and fuel charge. I was told that pretreat woulnd't work for pet urine...which I did have several spots but not all over the place. I think I was over charged for this and the stain guard I agreed to. This was 3 rooms and I was charged over $300! My mistake for agreeing with any of it...will not happen again! My sister n law just had her whole house cleaned and pretreated for urine stains by another company for $215! I will say that Mike was nice and my carpets look great. If it wasn't for the price, I would consider using you again. I also receive a quote for cleaning my air ducts and coils and I think it is outrageous!

Tech needs to slow down. I realize there is a schedule to keep but when traffic areas are not clean the area obviously needs some extra attention.

I don't care for your scheduling system. I have to keep my entire Saturday empty until Thursday when I call to give me a 2 hour window. It would just be better for your customers to be able to choose their own 2 hour window when scheduling the date. If we do not use you again in the future, this will be the only reason why.

The carpets look as close to new as older carpets could and they are not harsh to the touch after cleaning. Also, there is no after odor and we felt safe having our dog on them immediately after the cleaning.

The person that cleaned our carpets failed to move anything other than one small piece of exercise equipment. He even failed to move the family room couch off of the area rug. The area that needed the most attention was next to the carpet and wasn't even cleaned! There were puddles of water all over the the wood floor in living room and hallways, as well as the kitchen and family room tile. He made no attempt to wipe up the water. My son and I spent 30 minutes after he left wiping up his mess. I offered him a gatorade and instead of throwing away (or asking me to throw it away) he left the bottle on a hallway wood table (antique handed down from my grant aunt) which left a ring on the furniture.
The person came in with dirty work boots and tracked dirt on all of my floors. I contacted the manager and he never apologized just said he would talk to the person about it. Not the best way of handling the issue.

The serviceman did not call before he came and the lame brain excuse that he made so many calls in the last 30 minutes he couldn't remember if he had then he came up with his boss called and interrupted his call to me. The man talked more than he cleaned. He wasn't familiar with the areas he was supposed to clean, almost forgot the computer room & did forget the closet until I went back & checked and told him about it. He arrived at 4 and left at 6:30. If he hadn't talked so much he would have been through within and hour and a half. He told me about the protective covering and I told him I would have to wait at $50 a room. I told him I would call the office and he said no and gave me his cell phone # that he would just come out. The man also knows nothing about personal space. There was no paper work and I wanted a receipt at the time not later. Your business should not be strictly technology, figures can be changed too easily. He was the most "unprofessional" person I have ever encountered. Also the idea of receiving a call about the job at 7:30am at my office is totally absurb. I was at home because of the carpet cleaning and no business should call before 8am at home or work to be sure the work is still on. On a whole I was very unimpressed with the personnel that I dealt with. I was extremely disappointed. I certainly hope not all your personnel are like the man who came to my house. ...... We did not enjoy the sales pitch while they were there. It was an hour of one guy working and another guy trying to sell something else. Very uncomfortable.
