I had alot of small stains on my carpet that he got out. The carpet doesn't seem to feel like it has a residue, curious it if really will stay cleaner longer

I like the way the carpet looked after it was cleaned. Hopefully, the dirty look will not re-appear.

I requested carpet cleaning and you were able to come the next day. The technician was very through in explaining the cleaning and what was involved. I was very satisfied with the results.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Would reccomend for a basic cleaning, but we paid a lot extra for per treatment and scotch guarding and have been incredibly disappointed.

Our tech was very nice and thorough, however it doesn't seem like the extras made any difference, and that's disheartening since we paid $90 extra just for one room.

What could we do to improve?

Only send seasoned employees who know how to treat all carpet especially wool. I know there are few people that have wool anymore because of the cost but all employees should defer the job to someone who knows!

I like that you ACTUALLY clean the spots on the floor and for the most part, they don't come back. I also like that there's no chemical smell, let alone NO chemicals being put on my carpet and in my family's environment.

The way I was able to see immediate results as the operator was cleaning.
The operator was very kind, infomative and had helpful information.
He gave me a bid on cleaning our marble floors which we will probably do and he sold me a mop kit to be delivered I assume?

I thought the tech was excessively talkative. I thought he should have focused on spending more time cleaning the carpet and not making conversation. He left the carpet in the closet wet which caused it to mold. I hope when the other tech comes out he can correct the problem. I think the product is excellent though.

I called and asked for an estimate including pet oder control and was given a quote of $168 When you technician got here he said it would be another $360 more. He brought it down to $240 and we agreed to allow him to do it because we were under a time constraint to get it done.

I feel you misrepresented you price to get here and then upped the price once your got here. I will not tell me friends about your company because of the deceptive practice. I only took your service because of your association with a christian radio station in the area and wanted to support them I expected a little more out of your service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am a repeat customer of Zerorez and thought I was familiar with how cleaning would be done i.e. moving furniture etc.. In the past, WITHOUT a request from me, my living room furniture would be moved , cleaned under, moved back and placed on blocks. My last visit, nothing was moved. Did not notice this in my initial inspection with the tech before he left. Also, I had a couple of pet stains I needed addressed. I discussed this with the tech and declined the pet stain treatment thinking the actual cleaning would remove the spots if not the odor. This would have added an additional $200.00 to my statement. However, In the past, cleaning alone would remove the stain if not the odor. This last cleaning did not even fade one small stain. After calling and discussing my complaints with a mgr., I was left with NO definitive explanation other than it is my responsibility to instruct the tech next time to move my furniture and that my pet's urine changes from day to day and stains are different and stain differently from day to day. Not so sure I buy that explanation. I'll be cleaning my leftover stains this time myself. Feel as if I spent $168.00 for a job half done. Will think long and hard before having Zerorez again.

In calling back to you to inform you that there were spots on the carpet that the technician did not attend to, I was made to feel like it was my fault. And only after I threw up my hands did you "volunteer" that there's a 30-day guarantee.

I did not receive the special of 89.99 that was advertised on KRLD although I did mention the advertisement. I was quoted 121.and change but I went ahead and scheduled the cleaning as I had heard Zerorez did do an amazing job. The cleaning tech ended up charging me 198.21. He did quote that before the clean bit as I had aleady taken the afternoon off I went ahead and authorized the cleaning. So basically I paid a 100. more than I had anticipated having to
