I could not believe how clean the carpets were. Zerorez is the only service I have ever seen that not only pulls the dirt out of the carpet, but also the oils and chemicals - COMPLETELY!!!. It is a strange sensation when you walk on the carpets for the first time after the cleaning. It feels lighter, and softer.

Which reminds me, I need to schedule another service to come back, and do the rest of my house.

the carpet was wet for quite along time. I had planned on 4-5 hours. It wasn't until the next morning before some areas were dried completely. there was a residual "dog" smell that lasted until the carpet in the bedroom dried. not sure what that means but it wasn't pleasant. I was expecting a type of "new and environmentally conscious" type of cleaning that would leave my carpets clean and fresh with a short drying time due to the family size.

Chemical free. Don't soak the carpet. You have your own vehicles - lends to credibility.

we were selling our home and the buyer requested as part of the closing contract that we have the carpet cleaned by zerorez. I had never heard of it before. We did have the carpets cleaned by zerorez. I assume the buyer was pleased with the results, really don't know. We had the carpets cleaned after the movers finished one evening and we left the house for the last time after they were finished cleaning the carpets. The young man that cleaned the carpets was nice and really believed in his product and was willing to stay late and clean the carpets after the movers had finished, and we appreciate his efforts.

I especially like this service because they do not use detergents. I am a repeat customer and have always been satisfied with the results.

Our carpet is 15 years old. I have been using Zerorez now for a couple of years and each time they come out my carpets always look new again. Every service tech that has been to my house has always done a great job and I love the white booties!

First time user. Actually appears to be more effective in cleaning; although it has only been two days. I think they will have to return for some additional treatment on some tough spots. it does look better at this point than the other guys.

Pay a little more attention to edges where the carpet meets the wall. Come up with better pricing on extra options (spot cleaning) for clients with very little carpeting, rather than a "one price fits all" system.
