Equipment didn't work on first appointment. Person spent over an hour trying to get it to work without telling me the problem. Extremely hot day, and he left the door open while trying to get equipment going. Second person came out an hour after first one left. My appointment took much longer than expected. First person said he had problems before coming to my house. He should not have started here if he knew he had problems.
The teck was a+, did a great job.

Keith arrived during the designated time - did a great job - and was a really nice person to have in my home. He had cleaned carpet for me before so I was glad to have him come back.
Great removal of pet stains. Loved that! But the equipment left a wet spot that took 3 days to dry up completely. Also, we noticed the urine smell returned within a couple of days. I'm covering it pretty well with room deodorizers, but I had hoped that it would be gone after the carpets were cleaned. Thanks for getting the stains out though.

Friendly staff, safe for pets & environment! You need to update your epuipment though. This is the second time I have used your company. The first time (Feb 2012) the truck your guy was driving left about 2 quarts of oil on my street where he was parked. This last time the sensor on the carpet cleaner went out & they had to stop & call out another crew!

The technician explained to me after he was suppose to clean the carpet that the spots on my carpet would not be gone. My question is why it does not look any better than it does. How can you advertise CARPET CLEANING on TV when the carpet is not clean. Also, if the technician knew the spots would return, why did he pressure me into putting a protection on it to keep it clean when it is not clean to start with. CB was a nice person, very gifted with talk and saying how good your company is., However for $169.00 I thought the carpet would look better when it was dry. It is softer which was a point CB wanted to be sure I noticed. Would I recommend your company to another, the answer is no. I was told that after Zerorez cleaned the carpet several times, the soap would be out of it and that is what causes the dirty areas. When a person lives on Social Security, $169.00 is a lot of money especially when the carpet is not clean.. I am very tempted to call Channel 5 and register a complaint with them.

The price quoted was not the price paid, travel was included in the end. It would have understood had the rep told me that the base price would include travel.
Your guy was very late, and was here until 10 pm. I did not receive any notification about the delay. I had scheduled my day around the cleaning. Very disappointing!
I was hoping there would not be an up-sale and there was. The guy did a good job making things right, but to "scare" me with the statement that if I did not purchase the pet urine treatment that it would smell for days after the cleaning did not work for me.

I like the fact that no soap was used and only water was used to cleanse the carpet. We were contemplating replacing the carpet because other companies had failed to remove certain spots. This method makes more sense, and the use of a protecterant to retard the return of dirt is an additional step that needed to be administered.
You called me and told me you were going to do a complete redo this past Saturday. However, all they did was spray some stuff on my carpet.
it seemed to take out the stains in my carpet and was not wet. The tech suggested a spray for pet odors etc and I think that helped, but I dont' know for sure.
The services that was done on 8/18/12 at Clifford Power Systems in Garland was the best experience ever. Not only did Tom do a wonderful job he was very nice and knew exactly what to do with this awful carpet we have in the office. When he was done I was simply amazed on how good the carpet looked. I really should have done before and after pictures so your company could see what an AWESOME job Tom had done. I really appreciate you all and thank you so much for making the office carpet look new again

I was a little disappointted with the drying time which ended up being about 20 hrs.
MIke your service rep did an outstanding job on some very dirty carpet and got it a brand spanking new look. Wwe are more than pleased wit the results.
