The fact that there is no soap products in the cleaning solution.
Carpet came back to life after they were cleaned
Nice person and worked hard but our grout is still not clean in spots. We are appreciative of the work but not completely satisfied with the end result of our kitchen grout.
Charged double what I had heard on radio.
Your tech did not give me te enough to contact
Your office before he started with more expensive
Treatment. And when I got home from work, I vacuumed
Carpets and got a softball size hair ball out of carpets
If there is a positive note people say carpet look clean

I was happy with the technician that came to my home, but very displeased with the nonprofessional way your office staff treated my order and myself. Beatriz (I believe that is how you spell her name) tried to schedule me for the following day of my call at 1 p.m. In the beginning, I'd told her I needed the earliest time available. When she told me 1 p.m., I then told her we would need to find another day as I could not make the afternoon appointment as I had previous plans. She then said 8:30 a.m. I felt a little odd as I had already requested the earliest possible hour and was told it would be 1 p.m., yet when that was a problem, all the sudden 8:30 - 11 a.m. was open. I told her that would work for me. (She had explained that the tech would call me 30 minutes before arriving.) At 11 a.m., I still had not heard from the tech and was getting anxious as I knew this was going to interfere with my previous plans. I called the office to see what was going on. The girl said she would contact the tech and see where he was. I never heard back from anyone until around 12:20 p.m. It was the tech letting me know he would be there in 30 minutes. I found it very interesting that he would be arriving around 1 p.m., the exact time Beatriz had tried to schedule me in the first place. I told him to come on as we had prepared the rooms for the shampooing and I just wanted it done. Of course I had to change my original plans. I called the office and requested a manager and was told there wasn't one in the office at the time. I requested one call me as soon as possible. At this moment, I still have not received a phone call from any manager! Your technician tried to make things up to me by cleaning an area rug for free. I did appreciate that very much and explained to him that I did not want him to "pay" for others mistakes, but he explained to me that he wanted me to be happy. You should be proud of your technician, Joe, but I felt you should know of the nonprofessional way I was handled by the office. That left a very bad taste in my mouth for your company. I was happy, however, with the cleaning job.
On time service; rugs are clean and dry within 2-3 hours, great scheduling system.
That you do not use soap or harsh chemicals
Specificity about cost of additional services rendered at the time of visit. We asked to have 2 pieces of furniture cleaned in addition to the carpets. We understand the $89+the $200 for the furniture. We're still not sure exactly what we got for the extra $200.We asked the cost to apply extra treatment of the dr carpet where previous owner's cats had peed.Tim was evasive, never gave a specific amount, but countered with a total cost of $500 for everything, saying he'd throw in a protective spray to the furniture.$200 seems awfully high for a few minutes of spraying solvent on the carpet & furniture, but in the "heat of the moment" we agreed. In retrospect, that seems ridiculously high.
This was an easy job for your men coz we'd already moved all of the heavy furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned. They didn't have to move any furniture. The dining room was completely empty & we'd just replaced the padding under the carpet.
I'd recommended your svcs to my next door neighbor & she'd also scheduled appt.Your men were early, which was appreciated.I actually also have positive feedback but may run out of room here. Both men presented well, were pleasant. As I'd suspected, we could see a significant amount of soap removed from prior cleanings.Carpet is origal from when house was built in 1988, looks great now.Furniture bought in early 90s, was amazed at the improvement.
We'd cleared the rooms to be cleaned & showed the men where master bedroom was.We were downstairs & heard walking above us in area other than mbr.Went upstairs & found Tim exploring other areas with his tool.We found that to be a little unsettling because we'd never authorized him to go anywhere other than the area to be cleaned. In future, if he wants to explore for future opportunities,I'd recommend asking homeowner's permission.
Just before they left, I pointed out a couple spots that hadn't come out in the high traffic area.Tim pretty much just shrugged his shoulders, made no effort to see if they could get the spots out. They're more noticeable now that carpet is dry.
Fast Friendly service.
I would recommend Zerorez if a thorough cleaning is needed, but not if carpet odors (specifically urine) need to be eliminated.
Wanted to charge me over $500 extra to remove pet stains in 3 rooms.
Advertisements on radio should say "EXTRA CHARGE" for pet stain removals.
Radios Ads say Zerorez removes pet stains, but does NOT say "for an additonal charge."
Also wanted to charge $8 extra for "GAS"
Advertized Rate should be the same with no hidden charges - gas or otherwise.
I sent Technicians home without geeting carpets clean by Zerorez.
I had my carpets cleaned in the ENTIRE house the next day by another company for UNDER $200 including Scotchguard. LOOKS + SMELLS GREAT !
I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals or soap
ON TIME- NO HIDDEN CHARGES AND DO A GREAT JOB!!
Tech was very knowledgable and energetic
carpet looks great and very friendly staff!
Excellent work and great results.
I like that even as bad as the carpet was, it came out very clean. I am very please. I also like that you do not use chemicals. Tim was very polite and informative. He informed me about what he would be doing, and updated me as he cleaned. Only one thing. I don't know what motor he had going in the drive way, but it burned the plant and part of a bush I had by the drive. I am not upset over it at all, but might just want to caution them about parking too close, or having something with a hot motor running too close to live plants. One more thing, I don't think the gentlemen I spoke with for my appointment gave me enough information. I had to ask about moving furniture, and was very vague about it. I also had to ask about charging for halls, living/dining combinations etc. If I hadn't asked all these questions, I would not have had the correct amount of rooms included. He didn't mention the fuel charge. I have no problem paying it, however, I think you should be upfront about all charges and give us a little more information. All carpet businesses are different, and I have used enough of them to ask these questions, but I don't think I should have to do that.
The technician knew his business, and performed his job in a professional manner. He had no easy task...a 10 year old white carpet that was furniture stained, pet stained, and had nu,erous other mysterious spots. He worked hard and long. I wanted to wait to respond to your emails before I fully inspected his job, as I have not been to the house after the carpet had fully dried, but it appears you are in a hurry for feedback. So, yes, at this point you have a satisfied customer. I would be happy to talk to you again after my full inspection.
Everything was as promised and promoted - no funky smell afterwards, quick drying, carpets look like they can stand another few years now instead of being replaced soon. And the technician, Joseph was so nice. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns and addressed all the problem areas in the house. Even though it was late and his last job for the day, he didn't rush and he did a fabulous job!
the carpet looked almost like new and it smelled clean and fresh.
I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time so you could be there in the morning, I had my Grandaughters birthday to attend. When I called the girl setting the time told me it would be in the morning between 8:30-11:30 but that she would make sure I was going to be first on the list, she also said I would receive a call 2 days before to confirm the date & time. I was told I was first on the list for a second time. July 25th came it's now 9:45 so I called the office and was told the tech woul be calling me in a few minutes. It's now 10"40 I called back and was told it would be another hour before he was there. I was lied to about being first on the list, with an arrival time of around 11:40 that does not even fall into your morning time frame. When I talked to the girl a second time I said I would like to speak to a supervisor or manager & to have one call me. I never got a call. I had to re-schedule and the only bright spot in this was the tech came. I deal with people every day and when there is a mistake a manager (ME) makes sure I talk to the customer. I don't take anything for granted. The long & short I was lied to, and In my book that is not the way to build a strong customer base.

when booking the appointment they did not state that I would have to pay extra for closets. They stated you have up to 200 sf per room. The rooms I had cleaned were well under 200 sf but they still charged extra for a closet.
In addition, when booking she said the invoice would be emailed to me. Upon completion they expected payment. This cleaning was for a project and luckily I was there to make payment or my home owners would have had to make payment when everything was supposed to be handled through our company.
Friendly service, great job on carpets! Very satisfied!!
I have had my carpets cleaned before, but this time they looked better than they ever have after being cleaned. I was a little skeptical about the advertisement I heard on KLIF radio, but, by golly, they weren't lying! When I need my carpets cleaned again, I'm calling Zerorez!
what started out as a $99 cleaning for 4 rooms, turned into over $200. Spray for odors did not work, did not clean behind either bedroom door, did not clean behind sofa or next to sofa by wall. Just overall disappointed in total experience
The spots in my carpet were not anything I'd consider bad or would have thought would not come out. The carpet is only 4 years old and should have cleaned up to look new. Unfortunately, it didn't and the spots only got lighter. I hand cleaned several of the spots after the carpet dried and they came up. They were NOT deep spots coming back up. These were on the surface. The room smelled like a wet dog the morning after and we don't have pets! I had realistic but high expectations after listening to the commercials on the radio. Won't be using Zero Rez or recommending the company either. Sorry. :(
Good workers, good work
Insulted me by saying my house smelled like mildew and immediately wanted to charge me over $60 to treat a very small area that had *one* pet stain. I was also told by your tech that using Kiwi Carpet cleaning service would turn my carpet green. It was ridiculous. The tech (Ricky) was insensitive and rude from the beginning to the very end. And after all the great reviews I read online, this was the LAST thing I expected.
I don't know what could make things right...maybe a discount or partial refund.
I chose Zerorez because I heard a personal endorsement on a local radio station that I thought was trustworthy. I bought a home where the previous owners had inside dogs and the carrots needed cleaning. After the first treatment, for which I paid $430, the carpet smelled worse. I could smell it 6 feet away from the front porch with the front door closed and locked. When I contacted Zerorez a repeat treatment was offered and I accepted. No improvement. I then bought an industrial strength odor eliminator cleaner for carpets from Home Depot. I used my Bissel Steam Cleaner and was able to get a mounds and mounds of dog hair out of the carpet. I literally filled up a large Ziplock bag from one bedroom that measures 12 x 12 ft. I also pulled up dirt residue and gravel pieces. I realize the reason my carpet smelled like a wet dog after it was treated by Zerorez is because it was literally full of wet dog hair. I paid for pet odor treatment and if the dog hair is not sufficiently removed the odor will not go away. If I can do it, Zerorez should have been able to. Especially at that price. When I again contacted Zerorez I was offered yet another treatment, which I have no interest in because the smell worsens each time and I am fully moved in toy new home now. Additionally I was told that the problem was the carpet pad and that Zerorez would replace it and deduct the price of the cleaning. Clearly the carpet pad was not the problem since the carpet is fine now that I've taken care of it. I firmly believe that Zerorez directly and purposely committed fraud, a service was paid for and twice was not delivered to my satisfaction. A solution was offered that would profit Zerorez financially, but was absolutely unnecessary. I requested my money back stated these facts and was refused, but yet again offered a repeat treatment. I don't trust the quality of the work Zerorez provides, after two treatments and the problem worsening, I won't agree to another. The only way for Zerorez to "make it right" is to refund my payment in full. That us the standard in providing a service when the service has been terrible. Nothing less is appropriate.

The fact that your products are safe for family and pets. Also the technicians are helpful in giving you all the facts about the products they use and which ones they suggest for your needs. They are courteous and professional.

Your company gives efficient service - before, during and after cleaning. Your service techs were efficient, articulate, knowledgeable, and personable. The carpet-stretching was a service we didn't know about beforehand but one that made a big difference in the way all our aging carpets looked afterwards. And the cleaning, with no pre-spotting, was thorough and effective. Next time, we'd opt for pre-spotting, but the result was excellent even without it. Also, our area rug looks like new. I was satisfied and impressed.
