How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cost quoted over the phone and what was charged was different. There was no invoice provided befroe the payment was made. The comment was "you will receive the invoice via e-mail" is not acceptable. Once the invoice was received is when the problem occurred.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your technition was fantastic. Professional, hard working, courteous, seemed really concerned about what was best for me, and simply provided outstanding service -- a rarity these days. My carpet looked like new when he finished. He rushed to help me keep a previous appointment to pick up my dog from the groomer. Don't get the wrong mental picture. I'm just an old woman and my dogs are my kids since all of mine are grown and gone. Many companies make me feel like they are trying to take advantage of me since I'm a woman. I really appreciated the respect and honesty Jamal conveyed. Thank you and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I hear that needs clean carpets. Thanks again

Chemical-free products used - knowledgeable technicians. You have been here three times and I have sent you two referrals so far. Both were as pleased as I.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I will never ask Zerorez to clean my carpet again. It has taken months to get things right. Brad would not return our many phone calls and when he did he continued to call my husband after we told him multiple times to call me. The broken table has been fixed and the spots on the carpet have been cleaned 3 times, which should have not happened in the first place. I was asked twice by the first technician for a little extra money for him since he was giving me a product, which could not be shown to us when we requested that it be brought to our house so that we could see that it existed. Then, I had to pay $80.00 (that I gave the first technician) because I was part of the conspiracy to cheat the company----which is totally untrue. He asked twice for a tip. We were told this was a fireable offense, yet he still works for the company. This has been a true nightmare. I will only tell my friends the story of what happened to me with Zerorez and let them know that this is not a reliable company. Debbie Tiner Last name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I'm sure the machinery works ok but the tech was texting the whole time and seemed in a huge hurry to get done. When i opened the door to greet him he even had me wait a moment while he was finishing a text? He seemed to go over the carpet very quickly versus spending a little longer on high traffic areas. There were a lot of stains (milk spills) left and even several spots where the kids had left a small smear of food(which I was able to get up easily with my fingernail after he left.) I recleaned the carpet with my carpet cleaner immediately after he left and was able to get all the stains, food marks, and dirt he left behind. I was just surprised that a professional service would perform so poorly against my little home cleaner. :(. I preferred to use a cleaning service because I just don't have the time to do it. I just really felt that for what we got, it certainly wasn't worth over $200. I would like to have a partial refund, for what I got I feel $100 is more than fair! I own a residential/commercial cleaning business and have tons of customers that I often refer special services like this, but if that's what they get for their money I certainly would never refer zerorez!

Communication was not as it should have been. Just communicate that you will be late and that there are issues with the equipment.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that it doesn't leave a residue in the carpet and that it dries faster than other processes we've used. I am a little puzzled that the machine left tracks in the carpet this time and don't know why. They seem to be working out in areas where we walk and I assume they will all go away eventually.

Large amount of pre-service info by email. Both prior calls beforehand. Good customer service from the person doing the work. Carpets look excellent as of today, the day after. With fans, dried quickly so that we could get all the furniture back in place the night of the day carpet was cleaned.

The equipment made a difference on my carpets. The service was very good too. I was not certain that we would be able to salvage much from these tired worn and deeply stained carpets however, it does appear to have worked. Also, with this the service was VERY expensive and I paid over $320 for just three rooms. This included the protectant. I am accoustomed to paying about $100 for three rooms with Protection package. I agreed to the substantial cost because the sales/service reps convinced me that this system would work and it did. Just not sure I can afford Zerorez every time. But indeed happy with the results. Extra service is too expensive and were a surprise. What started out to be around 100. dollars turned out to be almos 300. Dollars! Very deceptive and too high!

What could we do to improve?

Call me. My latest experience with Zerorez was not nearly as good as the ones in the past.

1. I could not really see the estimate on his iphone and did not like how confusing it was.
2. I paid for a tile cleaning but did not know that it wouldn't clean up under the cabinets.
3. I was asked to write something about his work in a journal while he watched me.
4. He was there for less than 1.5 hours and it was $300....and he was alone.
5. He was a nice young man.

What do you like about our products and services?

We like that you clean without using toxic cleansers. Your staff are professional and courteous. One question: why do you not use the soak and flash method for all pet treatments, when it is apparently the most effective method of addressing pet stains? Thank you for responding to our "shadow spots" that showed up after the carpet dried.
