You can't--job is done...
just feel that I was not asked enough questions about my room sizes and other factors that influenced price--like the stairs to clean and inside closets...which needed to be done...
The cost was significantly higher than I was anticipating...
There was no furniture to move so your two man crew could do the job quickly--the carpet had been vacuumed prior to their work so it was very quick job for them...
time means money...would have been nice to have been offered a discount since their work was very straight forward...
The cleaning process delivered what was expected - clean carpets without detergents or soaps left behind. The service tech, Mike, was on time, courteous, explained the process and did a great job. We could not be more pleased and will definitely use services again. Just wish we had called sooner.

Exactly what the name says: no soaps or chemicals to leave a residue. The carpet feels and looks fresh and clean--no sticky feel. It also dried quickly.
The technician was great. Just not impressed with the quality of the cleaning.
You were on time, called when I was told you would call and explained the process as well as having fair pricing. Techs were efficient and thorough.
the quickness in getting the carpet clean. no more than 30 minutes from start to finish. also, no lingering cleaning fluid odors after the cleaning is done. very safe for customers with smelling allergies.
1. Couch has big stripe patterns on it which I imagine is from the way the water was extracted. When I called the next morning on 9/14 to have it redone, they couldn't schedule the return until 9/19. Seems like satisfying the customer should be a bigger priority.
2. Technician gave me a quote of fifty something dollars to clean bathroom grout. When he was figuring the bill, it was sixty something dollars; he said he was bad @ math. When the email invoice came thru it was for $70, which was the result of a lot of rounding up!

I knew that I had urine in my carpet from my dog and my cat. I have had my carpets cleaned before with traditional methods that got the smell out better than zerorez. It didn't cost as much as your service did and worked better. The only way it could be made "right" is if they were re-cleaned and the smell was gone.

I felt that the "special treatment" for pet stains which involved just a few squirts of some liquid in a spray bottle was not worth $60 charge. I thought that was way overpriced. Also, dirty water drips were left on my tile as they pulled the equipment out of my house. It would have been nice if they mopped up before leaving. Rugs look good though. Waiting to see if stains reappear.

The work done was quick and efficient - your service tech was polite and informative. I appreciated the fact that because I have a puppy, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the carpet for signs of accidents.
Service was great, price was the best I found. I had several spots on my carpet and now they are completely gone and my carpet looks like new. I would highly recomend Zerorez.

More money than I would have liked to have spent. I also feel I had to pay too much attention to service man to do a thorough job. If you have really good technicians, they would work at places until they came clean, not have to be asked to go over them again. Also, I paid for prespotting and pet detailing and I actually checked the floor in one room and it was totally dry before he cleaned it. I brought this to his attention, and he corrected the problem. He did go out of his way to try to fix an odor in one of my chairs. That was nice.
Had my carpets cleaned on Monday.
Today i heard on the radio you were having a "special" for 4 rooms cleaned for $99.00
Am disappointed I was not given that rate as I am certain the technician knew about the upcoming sale.
Also don't agree that I had to be charged $25 for carpet in a bathroom that is only 3.5'X4.5'. Seems that a repeat customer could at least get some kind of a break.
Technician did a good job of cleaning.
Quick and pleasant service. This was a move out cleaning so I did not get to see the final result.
I was expecting to pay 89.95 plus tax but ended up spending 240.00. That is my only complaint. I think this should be discussed prior to the tech arriving and the one on one pressure.
Joe did an excellent job of explaining everything and was very professional. Our carpets looked great when he was through. Excellent cleaning job.
The one thing I was not happy about was that I was told the tech would be there between 4:00 and 6:30. About 6:35 I got a call from Joe saying when he finished his route in Duncanville & DeSota he was assigned 2 more jobs in Garland. He had just finished the one in North Garland and would be at my house in about 45 minutes. He got there about 7:15. I appreciated that he came on & did my house. He explained that the regular dispatcher had a wreck that morning, so the girls who set appointments were doing the dispatching.
I felt I should have had a call from the office to explain things before he got there. Like I said though Joe did an excellent job on cleaning and was very nice. He was through in a very short time and everything worked out fine.
I will use ya'll again and I will refer you to my friends.
I have had many different carpet cleaning compaines come out, clean my carpet. When they leave and the carpet dries the next day the stains are right back. There were some stains that came back, the day after I had it cleaned by your company, but not as many as usual. There also wasnt any harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the carpets.
First off, I would like to say that the technicians were exemplary in their professional capacity and I believe they thought they did a good job. However, after the drying period I was not as impressed as I originally thought I would be. There are areas which could have used a bit more thorough going over, evidenced by the fact that those areas look pretty much as they did before with a very dingy spotty look.
My decision to use your service was based on the glowing recommendation from the 103.7 team and I am a bit disappointed with the result.
Secondly, please advise your technicians that in future, when recommending an additional service, that the price quoted is per room. After my carpet was cleaned, the lead technician recommended that I get a treatment to protect the carpet, he said it would be $30.00. It was only after my invoice was tallied that I realized that the cost was per room and the treatment had already been applied, definitely not something I had budgeted for.
I cannot in all good conscience recommend your service to anyone.

I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very pleased. I had a coffee stain on this recent cleaning and the stain came back after a few days. I called the technician this morning to see if he could come back and hit that spot. He said they would have to do an extraction on that spot and would be $75.00!!!!!! I had just spent $170.00 with you. The spot is the size of a small saucer plate. Not happy about any of that. I would think you would come back to a regular customer and try to make them happy = at least for a nominal fee.
Great service, the technician, Justin, was very polite and respectful.
I expected the floors to look "cleaner". It was probably my carpet, but because of your claims from your ad, my expectations were very high. The next time I am going to try someone else and make the comparison for myself. I liked the fact that the man that did the cleaning was on time and he was very professional. He did a good job.
I think JB proved the value of the product and the enthusiastic service he provided.

Carpet was not spot cleaned and areas left untouched. Was disappointed in marble cleaning. I thought the marble would be polished. How wrong I was. I could mop and do a better job.
