Carpet service Oct 10 which included $90 for Fiber Protectant in 3 rooms but on Oct 12 we found three dime size spots in the entry to the master BR whic looked maybe like blood.
Took water and tried to remove -- NO NO. Added dish soap and tri3d to remove, but little
re,oved -- after a day and many tries, used white vinegar and after several times think we have it removed.
We were told that your Fiber Protectant would allow us to remove antthing with just water.
NOT TRUE. NOT worth the $90 fee. I could have done better with Scotch Guard spray
and at a lot less cost.

The carpet you were here to clean was installed on 12-11-11, not a year old but had a dirty traffic pattern. Your representative told me from the start all the reasons he might not be able to get the carpet clean. I sould have stopped there.

The Jody Dean come-on offered a store gift cert that could not be accessed.

It was just a lesson learned.

I'm not very happy with the result of my wood floor cleaning because I feel it still looks the same as before and it was pretty pricey nice I had wood flooring about a 1100sq ft.

Warn people about the cost of the treatment for stains. I didn't expect it tk be so much.

The carpet looks great and it did not take long. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Will call again.

Did not feel like previous cleanings. The carpet did not mat down and feel like there was a residue still left on it.

The only negative is the continual up-selling of additional treatments to the carpet.

I like how clean the carpets get when you clean them.

In the past, Stanley Steamer got stains out and they didn't reappear for several months, with Zero Rez they reappeared the next day and even a new stain that wasn't there before now appeared. It was very clean when they left but by the morning all stains were back. I have had better results when I used Stanley Steamer. Decided to try your company because of the sale you were running, but next time will wait for Stanley Steamers sale instead.

Results!

The carpet cleaning was great. Tacking my carpet back down was just... eh. I was charged $75 for each seam but the seams are visible and not really staying. Also, the team cut up the matting under the carpet - which was fine - but left the trash in my potted plant on the front porch. Just seemed really expensive for the quality of work.

But my carpets are clean.

Mark Davis and John David Wells convinced me to try Zerorez. My carpet looks and feels clean.

I have used Zerorez a couple of times before and was very pleased. However, this time I used the special advertised on KLUV and was very disappointed. You can't even tell the carpet has been cleaned. In fact, there were several grease spots in the master bedroom that I removed with Woolite after the cleaning. Also, the technician quoted me $125 to clean an area rug and when I declined, he came back with a quote of $75 - a bit sleazy and like the other rooms, it still had spots that I cleaned with Woolite. Lastly, your Fuller gift certificate is a total misrepresentation. It gives me a 10% premium if I want to SELL my gold. Bottom line, if I pay full price I get good service and your special is a total waste of time and money!

The young man (I think his name was Mitchell) who came out did a very nice job, he was thorough and the carpets looked good when he finished with them.

I am very pleased with the results of your cleaning service. Your technitions were extremely polite and explained everything very well. I was excited to learn they could stretch my carpet where needed and got rid of pet stains. I do seem to have a darker area under my dining table (that we never sit at). The traffic areas are great-the inner area a little darker. Maybe because it has not been shampooed as often as traffic areas. I really liked Caesar and Oscar. They were exceptional.

I like that the product is "green" and safe for children. I especially liked my technician, Mike. He was friendly, helpful and made sure I understood everything. He did a great job. My carpets look great!

Loved that it dried so quickly, got the candle wax out of my son's room along with the nasty stain of lord knows what...simply amazing!! No perfume smell either!! AMAZING

Very thorough. Our complaint was heavy cigarette smoke in an apartment we were moving in to. The application helped tremendously. The tech gave us some other suggestions that would help in the process.

George and Heather were very informative and stayed and cleaned an entire area when they had only planned to give an estimate.

I was actually going to call your office tomorrow- first, I don't feel the product lived up to the advertising because my carpet does not smell fresh, it took over 36 hours to dry because it was so wet, and the stain we paid $70 extra to have removed doesn't look that much better. Our carpet is only 18 months old so it's in good condition. Other companies have been able to get similar spots and odors out and the carpet was dry when they left, and they cost a lot less. The workers were very quick and polite but the service did not live up to my expectations unfortunately.

Technician was highly courteous and professional. He went way above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied.

Brought new life to our dingy carpet. Better than expected. My wife also pointed out that other than the pretreatment there was little no smell. And after the pretreatment was cleaned there was NO SMELL AT ALL. Very impressed.
