What do you like about our products and services?

Jared Neef was very professional and appeared experienced in getting out stains. I had had the gameroom carpet cleaned twice before and was never satisfied with the results. If Zerorez did not get the majority of the stains out I was planning on replacing the carpet. I was very satisfied with the results. Zerorez saved me a lot of money. I recommended your company to a friend the same day and would definitely use you again. I told Jared he was a miracle worker. Thank you for doing a great job at affordable prices.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your worker was very un-professional, looked bad, smelled of smoke, sweating and coughing. As he was talking in the middle of a sentence, went out my front door to spit. Went to use the bathroom without even asking. Guess he felt he was just a good ole boy. Had to use my tools when he had a problem to fix and came in to bother me while at work (I HAVE A HOME OFFICE). Will not use again!

no chemical smell after carpets are cleaned. We were given a complimentary tile cleaning in our bathroom, which turned out awesome. Hope to see a sale on tile cleaning at some point. Technicians were VERY courteous and knowledgeable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I listen to klty every morning and I hear them rave about your product. I have always used David's carpet cleaning because when they clean my carpet it looks and smells great, they get out every stain possible and they charge me $35.00 for the 1st room and $25.00 for every other room .But I like the ideal of your carpet company going green. So when I called to set up an appointment I explained how I liked who I used but was willing to give yall a shot.I will say the guy was on time and was a very nice person. However when I went to look at my room he already did I was not happy. I had to ask him to get up a stain by the door and he said I dont think it will come up , when he rubbed it with his finger it started to come up, he said he will try and get it up. I had to leave and when I returned home my rooms smelled musty and my room was the poorest job, the other rooms and rug were ok.I was excited when I made the appointment and was telling my other family members about how your company was all about going green but was disappointing in the results. thanks Name removed Phone number removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My window of service was from 4-6:30 pm. I had to call at 6:10 to see what was going on. I was given the response that my window of service had not ended but they checked and said the serviceman had been delayed at the previous location. He did not arrive until 7:15 and was working until after 9 pm. I would have never agreed to the time if I had known that. He told me that the previous customer wanted carpets cleaned when he was finished with the air ducts. That service should have been rescheduled.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that my carpets always look great when you're finished. I like that they're not soaking wet and take forever to dry only to be stiff and sticky once dry. I like the fact that no soap is being used on the carpets. I just like the way you do carpets! :)

What could we do to improve?

While the carpet looked much cleaner after the service, it is very stiff. I am hoping it softens up with a vacuuming since your ads says the carpet will "look and feel like new." Also, the rep was hard selling other services such as grout cleaning, etc. He also cleaned an area of grout in our kitchen with out asking first. We did not want to puchase that service at this time but now we have a very noticable spot in the middle of our kitchen that makes the rest of the grout really look bad. We will get it cleaned eventually but it just wasn't in our budget at this time. We would have appreciated the rep asking us first, then cleaning a spot in a corner somewhere, not in the middle of the kitchen.

I thought the pricing was high for cleaning stairs, a loft area and one master bedroom. I also had the kitchen tile cleaned which increased in price from the last time.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. There was however a green spot that formed after the cleaining, Im not sure if it was something that was down in the carpet before and the cleaner brought it up but it is rather large, about 4 inches in diameter, I think the cleaner tech should have mentioned it to me and or tryed to remove it. It was not noticable before the cleaning and now it is. Other than that I am happy with the results.

The carpets seem to stay cleaner longer; they dry faster than the normal steam cleaners that I've used previously; the technicians are knowledgeable, efficient yet pleasant and arrive at the expected time or before. Overall, very pleased.

Arrived in the window provided, Chris was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with product and what I could do in the future to prevent wear and tear. He worked very hard on a stain that no one could budge over the years, even thou there is still remanant of the stain he worked tirelessly to make a difference in the appearance which he did.
I will be a repeat client for the rest of my home.
