Finished product was great and tech did his job in a professional manner.
Price was higher than I expected, however, everything was moved out for cleaning so I let hm clean...........but I know I can the cleaning done cheaper......so if someone asked
how I liked the job you did........I would telll them can get it done cheaper wth same

The carpets look fantastic! There were no attempts to upsell and the technician was prompt, efficient and friendly.
I was extremely impressed with the work that was done. We had quite a pet stain problem, but waas pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Our technician, Joe, was very personable and knowledgeable.
Chris did a fantastic job. He explained everything thoroughly before he started the job. Today my carpets look fabulous.
My cat started itching badly after our carpets were cleaned... :(

Pricing and method of cleaning
I felt that the work on the carpets was good, but the work on the kitchen tile was not. First, it was very expensive and it was not done very well. The crew had to come back and redo it. It is better now, but it still has spots that were not scrubbed sufficiently. I will get down and scrub them myself before I will be satisfied. Also, it took 3 phone calls and about 4 weeks before they came back to see why I was dissatisfied.
It was difficult for me to connect over the phone to set up an appt. Twice the area code of the cell phone I was using, (432) which is for an area Zerorez does not service, caused my phone call to re-route to company headquarters even though I actually live in an area that Zerorez does service (817). Somehow I finally did get through to the right place but had to leave a message that was supposed to be returned in the next 10 minutes; however after about 45 minutes, I called back (again miraculously to the right place) and was able to get through and make an appt. About 10 minutes after that, a rep did return the call from my original message to help me make an appt which I had just finished making. It was exasperating.
I would still recommend Zerorez because the carpet was in dire need, and the results were astonishing. Plus, this was without the extra treatment/charge for tough stains.

The guys were very polit and knowledgeable. Although they recommended several different expensive treatments, they didn't push the sales. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the carpets (so far). I had dog pee stains EVERY WHERE and a lot of built up stains related to the pee. One of my carpets looks almost brand new.
The blue machine that lifts up the pile of the carpet was amazing. That was the first time that machine had been used and it took deep hair and things out of the carpet that amazed me. Love that machine and that he recommended. My kitchen tile and grout look amazing as always when Zerorez leaves. After our small flood it gives me peace of mind knowing everything is clean and my carpet is taken care of. He was very informative and helpful. He even took a minute when the pre-stain was soaking to help me get my dryer vent hooked back up after it was all pulled out to get the water dried up the day before.
We were quite happy with the results but discovered after Darwin left that he had not cleaned the carpet around the toilet bowl. Apparently if the wide cleaning head wont fit you dont clean and that is a BIG negative, especially when we had moved ALL furniture (he didn't have to move any at all) making his job easier.
I loved the machine that gets the hair and lint out of the carpet before they clean. My carpets look like new. I wish I had waited to pull up the carpet in the living room until after they came. They could have saved me from having to replace the carpet.
I will be a loyal customer forever and Highly recommend you to all my friends.
EASY APPTS AND COURTEOUS STAFF
First, let me say your tech, Zach,was professional, and did a great job on the carpet. I would have him back to clean my carpet at any time. My complaint is with your nickle and dime method of quoting one price and charging another. Your phone person quoted me a price of $99 for three rooms and a short hall. I knew there would be an $8 trip charge but my total bill was $153.04. I didn't take it up with Zach because it was not his fault but I am unhappy about it. I like your method of cleaning, would like to use your service again but will get a firm quote and write my check for that price.
We liked the professional manner of the crew and the excellent job. They were friendly and efficient throughout the time here. They did not waste time and were honest about everything. Would use them again.

I heard the ad on WBAP and was anxious to try your service. 3 rooms for $ but when the cleaner got here he charged an additional $60 to spot clean 2 spots - when the cleaner left the spots came up immediately. I dont mind paying to have the carpet cleaned properly but why pay for something that does not work? I have scheduled a spot clean to remove the 2 spots that I originally paid for this coming week. Will see what happens.
I do not like the fact that it takes so long to schedule an appointment. Maybe you need to hire more workers. I do not think I will be calling your company for cleaning any time soon. During a conversation around the water at work, found out that many other have used your company with the same unhappy faces.
