My carpets were very clean and dried quickly. I walked on them with white socks and they stayed white. The service representative "Ricky" was very friendly and professional.He did not pressure me to buy any products. We walked my request before and after cleaning.

Mitchell was very professional. Our carpet looks and smells much better. It took longer to dry than the 4 hours I was told; however. We will have you guys come back out to do other rooms.

I love the fact that no harsh chemicals are used on my carpet. I also loved it when I called to make an appointment and you had me booked for the very next day, and the techs called in advance to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and would I like them to come early. Best carpet clean we've had

Service Technician and assistant were timely, professional and respectful of our
furnishings. Very knowledgable of their products and services and very pleasant
to work with in arriving at correct procedures for our needs. Will call again when
ready to have hard surface flooring cleaned.

Randy got out all the stains without any extra cost. Also, the carpets look like new and the machine that "fluffs" the carpet back up works great!

How hard your cleaners work and that they get out stains others cannot

I like that you use no harsh chemicals or soaps, that your reps have state-of-the-art equipment (and it is clean), that your reps wear protective coverings on their shoes when they enter my house. I have used Zerorez more than once, and will continue to do so. However, on this visit, after the guys left, I discovered that one of the guys scraped paint off my living room baseboard (it is painted red, so the scratches are very noticeable). Luckily, I have some touch up paint.

I felt that 3 of the 4 rooms were cleaned well but one room there were main areas that were dry and didn't seem like they cleaned very well. I also had all the furniture moved in all rooms except the living room. I asked them to lift and move the couches 1 foot onto the wood floor. Both couches were dropped and gauged my wood floor Not minor but major. I could have moved them myself and caused less damage.

It was amazing how much cleaner and brighter the carpets looked. Although they were not able to remove the red koolaid stains, they got out a lot of dirt and grime.

Move and clean behind furniture ie had a leaning mirror that couldn't be moved but carpet behind it could have been cleaned. Son said cleaner didn't say much...no instructions about how to dry rug which was pretty damp. Think it could have been left drier than it was
