How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You scheduled me for a time, no call to say you weren't able to make it. I call within the time that I was given and I had to be firm with the person about getting someone to my house. In the end it all worked out, but I was not happy that things were not accurate with my request for my carpets to be cleaned.

Caesar and his partner were both very nice, respectful and professional. This was the best zerorez experience we have had.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told our carpets would remain wet for 2-3 hours; however, the next day our carpets were still wet, despite our use of fans to try and help them dry! We have two dogs that live in our house. We were unable to keep them off the entire carpeted area for such a long period of time. So, by the time the carpets did dry our house smelled like dogs. Instead of a clean smell that we hoped for with newly cleaned carpets, we ended up with an odor that we did not have prior to the cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last trip did finally clean my tile and grout beautifully. But, this morning, I discovered that both my stainless steel frig and dishwasher have stains -- from the sealer, maybe? -- that I have been unable to remove so far. Perhaps in the future, your technicians should cover those expensive stainless appliances to avoid this problem.

What do you like about our products and services?

they did an outstanding job on 3 room special , but when I asked about a 7 x 7 rug they said that they could clean it but I did not think it would cost as much as the 3 room combined. I will not make that same mistake and I will tell by family and friends about add on costs. thanks Also we did not receive our 100.00 reward certificate for being one of the first to book. Booked 3 weeks ago s that I would be first. thanks for listening

Your treatment for pet odors worked great, although it was quite expensive at $75/gal. We have not had pets in the past so i don't know how your price compares. Tim was super helpful and friendly and he did let us know about how many gallons we would need. Our carpets turned out beautifully. Tim got all the stains out, pets plus other stains. We got the scotchguard and are hoping our carpet stays clean for a good length of time. Our bill totaled $1,298 but that included $525 of the pet odor treatment. We will definately recommend you to our friends, especially if the carpeting holds up well. Our carpeting is 4 years old and this is the first time we have had it cleaned although we knew it needed cleaning before long now but we wanted to wait for our pet problems to be resolved. Anyway, Tim got here about 5:45 and even after a long day he gave us wonderful service and stayed until 10:00 to finish the job.

I am weary that when I asked for a bid that I was not given a proper estimate/bid write up. The estimate was written down on paper that I provided. I also thought that the technicians were quite young. Would like to know that if I am paying $700 to have my carpets and tile cleaned that the technicians will have the experience to get out tough stains.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I purchased a special over the radio which included 3 rooms for 89.00 which also included a Fuller's jewlry certificate. When the young man arrived he recommended a topical treatment for an additional $60.00 per room. We only had two rooms and a closet to begin with. I agreed to the additional $120.00 for the topical treatment which the young man said would increase the chances of removing and pet stains or remaining pet odor. We let the rooms dry for two full days. Prior to moving the furniture back in the rooms I decided to vacuum the rooms. After the first run of the vaccum cleaner in our bedroom I completely filled the canister with dust and dirt. I continued to vacuum for two full hours in our bedroom until there was no more dust and dirt in the canister. I certainly do not agree with the commercials you advertise. After spending an additional 120.00 for the "so called" topical treatment which actually showed up on my invoice as (151 Non Guaranteed Pet Treatment) I spent $4.99 on some 409 carpet spray and removed the remaining pet spots which you obviously don't guarantee. I truly believe I waisted my money on the upsale of your "so called" topical treatment which consisted of your technician spraying a yellow substance from a spray bottle as he ran the steam cleaner across the floor. Your whole cleaning process lasted approximately 45 minutes and spent two hours vacuuming up loose dirt and dust when you were finished. I could not in good faith ever recommend your process to anyone I consider a friend or associate.

Fine so far. It was our first time to use your product . Service was satisfactory. One suggestion: be careful about pulling the hose around corners. The hose leaves a dark mark. Thank you. The men did a good job overall and were polite and informitive.
