The results were impressive! I was just looking for the carpets to be cleaned, but they were transformed! It took 5-10 years off the look of our carpet.

Your tech was very rude and disagreeable. He said he was not s supposed to move anything. Therefore he only cleaned the middle of the rooms. He also took pictures of the inside of my house without our permission. He had a very poor attitude. I feel I should receive a full refund with an explanation of the pictures.I will have to get my carpet cleaned by another company. Please have a supervisor call me.
The carpet feels like it was new after it had been clean. I really liked the person that cleaned the carpet did not try to sell me something extra. No pressure

Much more expensive than expected. I hear commercials about specials on the radio, which is why I chose you. It wound up being almost $200 dollars more than the special advertised & took less than 30 minutes. $10 per minute is quite steep.
We had stains reappear less than 24 hrs after the technicians leaving our house.
