Pricing needs to be much more clear up front. Called regarding water damage to a small area 95' by 8') plus regular cleaning for 3 rooms. Plus some small pet stains. Quoted $182 over phone plus some addl cost for other issues. Ended up at $600. Need to be more up front about addl costs - some type of general pricing sheet needs to be provided. (for example $30 per room plus addl $60 per room for pet stains) You provide quality work, but cost has become an issue and too much of a surprise. Not sure if I will use you in the future because of cost.

Excellent service, left my house feeling very clean and fresh. The carpets look great! He got out some stains that I thought had no hope. I will use again for SURE!

I did not know what product was used, or how it worked, but I know that end result was that the floors looked much better. Now that the carpets and the treatment have dried and settled, the carpets do not seem as clean and fresh as they were. They feel somewhat crunchy when walking on them. That could be because that is the nature of carpet cleaning. I think if a customer is not fully satisfied a week or more after the carpets have dried, that a spot check should be conducted.

The carpet looked great when they finished but the next morning when I vaccumed the carpet the old stains showed through. I paid $45.00 per room extra for spot cleaning and don't feel I got my monies worth.

Be more up front about what to expect from the cleaning, and about the additional charges based on the condition of your carpet and how you want it cleaned.

Paid extra for stains, but was disappointed that they didn't come out the way it had with the yellow powder you used to use. Bring back the old cleaning product; it worked way better and was dry right away. I had to wait overnight to move furniture back.

The carpets and furniture were very clean. The drying time seemed to be less than with other company's techniques. The reps were very professional and helpful.

No soap. I was very surprised at how clean the carpet got. So much better than I expected.

My carpet absolutely looks cleaner than it ever has!It was great to not feel anything but clean when I walked barefoot on it! I also liked the smell that was left, very nice and clean!

Cleaning process did not leave a strong smell and dried rather quickly. Carpets appear much brighter now.

They seem to clean deep into carpet

The immediate difference in how clean and fresh my home was. We have a medium size soft hair dog, so the pet hair and dander is always a battle with only vacuuming the carpets. After the cleaning service was completed, it was as if we just move into our new house again. The device tech was also very polite, respectful, and efficient.

I found Tom Moody and Josh Rogers extremely knowledgable, helpful and talented in their work. They educated me on various items and answered all of my questions. I would rate them both 11 or 12 on your above scale. I want them to do the application, the next time my carpet needs cleaning.

I also have been delighted with the cleaning power of your process/products, and have commented this to some of my neighbors.

The first tech that came out did not try very hard at solving the stain problems I had. Needless to say, I was not very pleased and the stains came back. I decided to give zerorez a second try and this tech was very helpful, knoweledgable, and friendly. He even gave me pointers on how to clean pet stains between cleanings. This time around the stains have not returned.

Both Joe & Chris seemed very proud to represent Zerorez.
They demonstrated how well the Zerorez treatment will work on what I consider to be a tough job because our carpet is supposed to be white.(not the dingy tan it was when they arrived) We have the pleasure of two full sized border collies which we affectionately have named Dusty and Debris that make sure it remains the dingy tan at all times.

The main goal was to make sure the carpet stains, dirt, and odors came out to the extreme delight of MY boss.. Mrs.Wife

Your operator worked rapidly and was very careful with the furniture. He was also very courteous and friendly.

I appreciated that Zerorez came back and made the services right, but the truth is that it should not have taken a month to get your staff back in my home to redo the services. This is not a matter of not making a customer happy. The technician who came out and redid the service was great and the service was corrected to my satisfaction; however, I do not feel that i should have needed to pay $1570.00 and 30 days to get things right. I'm not sure I would wish this upon my friends or business associates.

I appreciated knowing when the arrival was going to be and that the service representative was clean, in an uniform that said Zerorez, and that he spoke and understood English. Also that he explained what he was doing and why.

I like the knowledgeable tech and the fact that he explained each process as he started them. I was happy that the process did not take very long. My only wish is that the carpet would dry faster but whose isn't. I will be calling again when my carpets need cleaning.

We had cleaning and repairs on rugs. The repairs were small but a piece on a corner was damaged beyond the original problem and looked to be cut on the corner in a straight line. It was obvious there had been a problem that was not brought forward with the delivery. This was the second delay so we just took it because my wife was tired of the hassle.

Finally a company that fulfills its promises to the customer. You said you could clean my grout and your guys did it and they made it look easy. Thank you Zerorez for making my 20 year old home look new again. I should have taken some pictures for the "before and after" look. The job your guys did on my carpets and 5 piece sectional couch is amazing. Everything is so clean here now. Thank you again and again.

I thought the price was going to be much less than when the technician arrived and told me it would be $60.00 a room more for pet stain cleaning. That's alot and was not told up front. For that reason I will not use Zerorez again or will I recommend.

I have light colored berber carpet. After the cleaning, it looked like the carpet was streaked - especially in my master bedroom. The man who did the cleaning said he thought it might be a shadow but that evening it was still there and I've never seen a shadow on the carpet before. Maybe that is just the best that can be done but I was expecting a little more after listening to all your commercials on AM 660 and AM 820.
