The guys who picked up the carpets from my house were amazing especially the guy who did the credit card transaction when he was here I forget his name. Top notch. I offered him a 20 dollar bill and refused and said just recommend us. He was a good business man. I also liked the guy who did the original quote. Both great.
Professional and knowledgeable service and technician.
I had an upholstered chair cleaned, and it was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I spoke with a manager, Brad, who refused to refund the $80 I was charged for the chair cleaning, he refused to let me speak to any other managers, he claimed to be the owner of Zerorez and was very defensive when I questioned him about that, and he was possibly one of the rudest managers I have ever spoken with. I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution to the issue with Brad. I was disappointed not only by the lack of quality in the cleaning service, but also in the poor customer service I received afterward.
I think I like what I see, but I can't help wondering how good of a job was done. He completed 4 rooms in less than 45 minutes. He was a real courteous gentleman and on time. No complaints so far.

Your process did an amazing job getting the dirt, stains, and pet hair out of the carpet after a long period of no cleaning. The technician was polite, friendly, and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond giving us the best possible service for our house.
Carpets are cleaned without chemicals and it actually does a better job than your traditional soap/water cleaning. Technician are super friendly and care about the work they will be doing. We have used ZEROREZ twice so far and will continue to do so.
My carpet looks and feels cleaner
We see that normal dirt stains are coming back, even after four days. The discoloration is reappearing, and that is frustrating with the large amount of money we paid to get our carpets completely cleaned.
All aspects of the process were handled quickly, professionally and courteously.

Good job, felt comfortable with the guys. They moved my sofas no problem. Although the van broke down and it took quite a bit longer until another van arrived, they did a great job. They were more stressed than me by far. They kept apologizing.

Products: no residue on the carpets. Services: Randy and Darrin were very gracious and courteous. Their communication was superb! They bent over backwards to be sure I was satisfied with the work they did. As for the scheduling which Randy and Darrin has nothing to do with...that is a whole different ball of wax.

I waited four weeks to see if our carpet stains resurfaced -- they did not! Zerorez took them out and they appear to be gone! Service was good, technician was courteous. It took a while for the carpet to dry, but that is to be expected with steam cleaning. Thanks, Zerorez.

Tell the customer the cost to clean the "landing" is not included in the cost of the stairs so its not a surprise on the day of service.
