How well the carpet is cleaned. Amazing
No chemicals. Courteous service.
Less than 24 hours after the cleaning, the smell of pet urine is stronger than ever. The only places where the carpet is still damp is where the heaviest pet stains were. It's as if the urine has been pulled to the surface, and it's bad. I only touch-tested those two areas, but now I am worried that all of the pet stains have urine just sitting on the surface. On the phone, I was given an estimate of $161, including $60 for pet treatment. I paid $310, which included 3 charges of $60 for pet treatment (oversized living room + dining room). The technician who came was very nice, and we discussed the more expensive route of flooding the carpets to get all the way down to the pad; but I just couldn't afford $482. The young man (sorry, I've forgotten his name) said that the less expensive method should last me 6-8 mos. - which I could live with. Given that we still have dogs, that seemed the best route. I agreed to the $287 + tax ($310.01) in hopes that my grandchildren (and I) could play and sit on the floor without worries of the pet urine maybe being where we chose to sit. We really can't even afford to do much for Christmas this year, but I wanted to have clean carpets in the living room, at least, since we will have 4 grandchildren here. My youngest grandchild lives with us. She is only 20 mos. old and deserves clean carpet to play on. I've been hearing your commercials on KRLD for some time, and I wanted to give you a try. I have no complaints about the young man who came. As I said, he was very nice and was doing his best to help me reach a decision I could live with. Oh, and the carpet looks pretty nice. There are some stains that did not come out, but overall the look is good. You tell me what you can do, because right now, I feel as though I wasted $310; and I still don't feel safe sitting in the floor with my grandchildren. I had really high hopes for your method of carpet cleaning.

Ricky was very knowledgeable and nice, nice, nice. I think he did an excellent job cleaning. However, he was a little messy walking around the house. His shoes were wet and they tracked water all over our wood floors. I would think zero rez would be super concious of getting floors messy since it's your business to clean carpets!

I have emailed corporate Email address removed and spoke with a representative at the Dallas, Texas office yesterday and today Phone number removed). Brad from the Dallas office attempted to contact me this afternoon. I returned his call, but he was unavailable.
I was grossly overcharged for this service. And since no one would contact me in a timely manner, I stopped payment on the full amount of service. I informed in writing I am willing to remit a proper amount, minus bank fees.
I hope this information helps resolve this unfortunate situation.

Arrive earlier. I had the first of the morning appointment, the window was 8:30 to 11:00 which I thought was wild since I was suppose to be first in the morning. Who starts their day at 11? In any case, the gentleman arrived just before 9:30.

My carpets look great. The technician was able to get stains out, that we have not been successful in removing before.
At the time the technicians left, everything seemed perfect. They were very nice, seemed knowledgeable, and they worked very hard. However, it took over two days for the carpet to completely dry.
A friend came the next day and said she could still smell pet urine in some areas.
The traffic patterns reappeared with in two days - I had expected those areas to darken again, but not as quickly as they did.

First time I used your service you made an 8 year old carpet look brand new so I came back to you again when I had new carpet installed and needed it cleaned. Your technicians are always very professional and go above and beyond to be careful of the furniture and walls. I was so impressed with your service that I had my furniture cleaned as well this time and was very pleased with the outcome. I will continue to spread the good word about your company and continue to use your service. Thank you... good to do business with people who care about the service that they give.
Clean, fresh carpets. No residue. Techs are always very polite and informative.
Technician was very professional and courteous. Service was prompt and the cleaning was thorough and not time consuming.
Luke and Seth were very professional and completed the cleaning in an orderly and timely manner. I did feel a bit pressured as far as extra treatment was concerned.
My stains that were in my carpet looked like they were gone, but in the next few days the stains could be seen again. I was charged extra money ($400.93 total) to use an enzyme to treat the carpet. I can not recommend to my friends this high price and my stains are still there.
There are still visible soiled areas on the carpet. I'm disappointed that they didn't come out, especially since I spent the extra 60.00 on the special spot treatment.
