I recommend Zerorez quite often to friends and coworkers. I have been using the company for over 10 years and my over 20 year old white carpers shimmer each time the Tech leaves. Tom was my tech this time and he was patient with my request and took his time to complete the task. I appreciate the throughness. Thanks Zerorez

My carpet looks like it did when it was installed. It has been several years since my carpet has been cleaned sand I wasn't sure all the grime and spots could be completely removed, but they were. The technician (I didn't get his name) was very personable and knew his business. I was also impressed that it only cost $8 fuel charge to come to my area.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am very disappointed in the pet cleaning that you all offer. It was sold to me as a guarantee that they can get the odor out of my carpet, when in fact, it really cannot be without spending a ridiculous amount of money. Finally, on the third try when i agreed to have them come assess for replacing the pad, i had an honest technician tell me that he did not guarantee it would get rid of the urine odor. I was very appreciative of his honesty, but i am not happy that i spent an extra $120 to clean my carpets and have to take time on three separate occasions out of my day to wait for the service. your website says you guarantee your work, but i feel like i was taken advantage of. i feel that the $120 should be refunded to me, but it cannot make up for the time that was also lost. In addition to this, i never received the gift card to Fuller's jewelry that was offered as a promotion at the time i booked my appointment. i know you come highly recommended by several radio stations, but i was sadly disappointed. i would like to say that i woudl recommend your services, but i am really not sure. i do appreciate the time you are taking to read my feedback and hope to hear from someone in the near future.

I like the way the rug looks after cleaning. The technician, Randy, was very thorough. He was very personable & did a great job. I'm very happy with the cleaning. I have only used Chem Dry before this & I will probably use Zerorez again.

The products used and careful cleaning and water extraction processes make me feel the carpet is much cleaner than when done by other companies. The servicemen are very capable and strive to make the customer satisfied.

The price quoted is NEVER the price. Always trying to upsell. $75 per gallon of the "enzymes" to remove pet stains which will take up to 4 gallons to treat 1 stain. BS, I am going back to Dalworth next time.

Advertising could be perceived as misleading. 3 rooms are advertised for $89.99...my 3 rooms with stairs was over $400.00.

Well the tech left yesterday at 1:30 and here it is 7:00 Pm the following day and its still damp. Needless to say I haven't been able to put my house back together. I specifically asked him how long it would take to dry and was told 4-5 hours.Other than that I thought he did a good job.

Carpets look good and cleaners were nice, but had other issues finalizing everything.

First, I had to call to get my invoice today (12-6-12). I didn't get an invoice after I paid (12-4-12). My email was transcribed wrong when taking the appointment I guess.

Second, I gave them my email before they left. And they said they would mail an invoice. I did get this email survey, so someone had my email. But this email was addressed to First name removed. We don't know a First name removed.

Third, I asked about the gift certificate that was promoted on the radio. The cleaner told me it would be on the invoice. I had to go to a website to get it after receiving my invoice today. It Expired on October 30, 2012. Nice.

Promotion worked. Feel ripped off and think the company is unorganized. I will not use Zerorez again.

How can you make things right? Have the invoice or at least the unexpired promotion offered in hand when the job is done. Seems very unprofessional that you don't.

I asked for an appointment with someone who would be able to quote and clean my rugs and floors the same day. The person who came out did not have the floor cleaning equipment on his truck. He also did not have a professional way of giving me quotes. My friend recommended me to use Zerorez. She did her whole house (carpeting) and a couple of area rugs for abt. $450.00 I got quoted $350. for one rug alone. I have never paid that much with any other company for one rug alone. I almost wonder if the size of my house is what made my rug so expensive to clean?

I felt more like a "sale" than a customer.

I had to ask for something protective to be placed under the feet of my dining table. The technician told me they were plastic rollers and not needed. I pointed out that the rollers were imdeed metal. Plastic or metal - I just felt his comment was not right and protection should have been provided without my asking.

Technician also laid out a "comment book" without any kind of explanation for me to jot down a note. I thought that was very pushy.
I did not write any comment, just handed back the notebook and after looking at the blank page, he did not bring it up again. I felt sure that your company would be sending a feedback request and that any customer comments would be more appropriate at that time.

Also, on final inspection, I commented that carpet felt more damp than I had expected and was talked down to about this comment as well. There was a tone in his voice much like the tone used about the metal rollers. I also asked that the traffic pattern be treated again. The technician did go back over the area but acted like it was unnecessary. He did admit that it looked better after the second treatment.

Technician was professional and would make a great sales person. It has been a while since my carpets have been cleaned and my dog has been a problem. I did expect an upsale but also feel $275. for 3 rooms and a hall is expensive.

The upside - the carpets look and smell much better. I don't have a problem with the service just the technician.

I woiuld probably have been happier with a different technician - instead of a sales person.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First, I am disappointed that even though I was the one who signed up for the service, my husband has consistently been the person that has been contacted. This has continued even after I called your office and asked that further communication be sent to either my email or my cell phone instead of his email or cell phone.

Secondly, when I called to set up my appointment, I requested the $89 3-room cleaning. The technician talked me into adding a special pet treatment after he arrived. There were no spots that had been left by my pets, so I don't know why he suggested it or why I agreed. I honestly can't tell any difference between what this technician did and what the technician who came out a few months ago did.

Last, but not least, the main reason I called ZeroRez to come out was for a water stain by the front door. The stain was no where near as bad as stains that were removed by the first technician, but it is still there.

At this point, whether or not I would recommend Zerorez to a friend or business associate depends on whether or not the stain is properly removed on this coming Tuesday.
