I like the concept of not using soap but feel there were no additional attention to justify the cost compared to the traditional carpet cleaning. The tech did a great job explaining the process and the work was great.
My carpet is very clean and there is less dust in the house
The technician was pushy and rushed through the house. Felt like I was being walked all over. He also didn't get the stains up that I got up after he left.
Some concerns about service related issues. Would like to talk privately about them.

Carpets are very clean and almost "new" looking. The pet smell is still there and that's something I'll have to handle separately. I tried!
The carpet stains were completely removed.

1) Tenants moved in today and immediately called to ask if the carpets had been cleaned or just vacuumed. They said there was significant dog hair when they vacuumed and that they planned to rent a cleaner to clean it themselves. I told them that I had used you and offered to show them the receipt if they doubted the carpets had been professionally cleaned.
2) Tried to print out copy of invoice however I can't because it was produced with some unspecified file format that I am unable to open on my computer. You could include with the invoice send a note "open with..." or provide the invoice in a widely used file format such as *.pdf.
3) High traffic areas remained matted in spite of cleaning by zeroz. The other carpet cleaner I have hired uses an agitator that restores the pile after cleaning. The Zerorez process had rake marks lifting the pile but these were an inch apart.
My carpet has never looked so clean. The workers were so easy to talk to and the supervisor, Seth, was top drawer. They explained everything to me to so I could understand. The service provided goes back to nature and doesn't offer a better chemical to clean my carpet. Sometimes these other companies which I've used keep claiming they are the best and with the newest cleaning process. Sometimes we tend to improve on what it already the best method and I think your company offers the best. I will have to wait to see if the results last and the special cleaning they did for the cat I had who left goodies all over the place works.
No soaps/shampoos are used to clean the carpets.
You explain all parts of the charges, what you will happen is exactly what does happen. I know that's expected, but is often rare.
Being all natural products is good and the spots up was awesome.... 2 small kids had trashed the carpet.

I thought your technicians were very professional, knew the carpet cleaning business & most of all did a great job on cleaning the 3 rooms - Cesar & Kevin were the names I think
I SEVERELY DID NOT LIKE the amount of pre treatment that was used when it came to the pet urine pre treatment. There is no way in heck that the technician sprayed the proper amount before cleaning. I even asked him about the amount used and he assured me that he did not use "one" but gave it a "double shot". I do not believe that for one second. My appt. was for between 4-6 and the tech called me at 2:15 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. When I told him my appt. was for later in the day his words to me were "oh, they didn't tell me that". Nevertheless, I had every bit of furniture moved, everything was vaccumed and ready for your tech, did I mention he broke 2 ornaments off of my Christmas tree??? I had strongly thought about using Zerorez for my granite countertop cleaning but I believe I will look elsewhere.
I was impressed how thorough the technicians. Both Jefferson and Chris were very polite and pleasant. I enjoyed talking to them. They answered all my questions and were honest about what spots would come out and what would not. My carpets are cleaner they they have been in years.
Be more upfront about the total cost. I thought I was getting a $99 special. It needed up costing $240. The results were more than satisfactory however.
Also, making the price dependent on total rooms is not exactly fair when a living room and a bathroom cost the same. I think total square feet would be fairer.
However, no one has cleaned my carpets as well as your company has.
That it is green cleaner. Also, Cesar very friendly and professional.
The power equipment would not work on our gfi circuit. The equipment kept flipping the breaker. He did not do the pretreatment or the carpet rake after. He said it wasnt his fault and couldnt take anything off the price. I felt like he could have been more sympathetic or done more to appease us in this situation because it was not as if we had planned for the industrial equipment to flip our breaker switch.
I would have liked a discount off the price. I was prepared to send him away but my husband insisted he do the job anyways because we had already moved all the furniture.
The technician was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra effort to remove a stain on new carpet. My company, Total Restoration, LLC. will continue to use Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs.

A spot on the carpet in one of the upstairs bedrooms... The tech said he tried to remove it but according to him "it didn't budge"... A spot I was able to remove with Resolve... I don't think your system offers any value for the money you charge.
The gentlemen were polite and informative. My carpets are really clean this time.
this is the third time I've used you, and every time the carpets turn out wonderful, the staff is courteous and friendly, and this time you're able to come out immediately.
They worked with my time schedule and were careful and respectful of my home. Most importantly, my rugs look great.

The staff tries to ensure my satisfaction of a job well done. I appreciate you taking the time to come back and inspect the carpet stains. I have contacted Home Depot about the stain warranty on my carpet to hopefully get it patched under the warranty. I am still waiting to hear back about the previous Fullers Jewelry certificates which I did not get to redeem since the message online said they were already redeemed.
