I had my shower tile cleaned and a counter top of tile cleaned on the island in the kitchen. The worker tried to charge higher rate than the phone estimate $1.25 psf for clean or $1.75psf for clean/seal. The cleaning of the shower stall area removed caulking so I had to re-caulk part of the tile.
The cleaning did not seem to really make alot of diffference on the soap film built up area. I think the worker should of told me the process would not do the job. On the countertop area I believe the work was done well.
On your ads you say you have a new and improved way to clean carpets. You didn't do any better than the other carpet cleaner that was in there. The only difference is that you charge more. I didn't get my $100.00 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelers. The guy said $60.00 a room would help with the stains, guess what...it didn't help, but I paid.
I was not told beforehand that it would cost $85 to clean my stairs. Had I known that, I would not have chosen to clean the stairs at this particular time, particularly since I was also having other rooms and my kitchen and breakfast room cleaned and sealed. I should have been told that the price was $5.00 per stair.
Chemical free treatment and diligent, hard-working service techs who made sure we were satisfied.
The product had a pleasant smell from start to finish. The tech, was very friendly and explained how and why it was used. He was very through and prompt. Did a very professional job in a very short period of time. Little too much Marketing, for what I was wanting, but I realize Marketing is the name of the game.
Your service is friendly, fast and competent. The price was good, although I did not expect a $60.00 fee for pre-spotting. I do recall it being mentioned somewhere along the line, but $60. was a bit more than I expected. And they missed a couple of spots. The carpet looks and smells much better, and that was the goal.
He made our carpet smell soo good. Took all the pet odors and stains away. made it almost look like new,super fluffy. Great guy who came out, very informative, very educated on how to keep your carpet...Thanks

Very friendly technician. He did a thorough job with our carpets. Our upholstery was heavily soiled and he did as good a job as can be expected. Though some soiling remains, the overall appearance is much better.

I was invited to sweep my carpet after cleaning and drying. I did.I couldnt believe the dirt and pile I still swept up. Cleaning my couch on my hardwood floor was obviously not something I should have requested. After the drying (which was yesterday) I was very dissappointed in the entire appearence. They do keep the stains gone for a long time, I feel healthier that my carpet does not have residue, they do the job very quickly

Last week on December 6th Zerorez came to my house and cleaned the ducts and carpet as well as a sofa and loveseat. The two gentlemen that did the job were very nice and did a very good job of up selling me on what it would take to clean the carpet. Apparently the add and video on your website leading one to think that the empowered water will do the job is a little misleading. My carpet does look good for now and overall I pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning portion of the job. I do believe the $60.00 per room upcharge is excessive for all 8 rooms. The Family room, Office and Master bedroom and 1 Bedroom needed some help. The Master Bathroom, Formal Dining Room, Formal Living Room and Front Bedroom were not soiled with stains. There is one spot in the pictures that somehow got missed.
The major reason for this email is the duct cleaning job. In the video on your website John Hopkins proclaims the air ducts will be inspected with a camera, cleaned and reinspected to show what was cleaned. It also suggests that if this is not offered by the company coming to clean your duct do not use them. No one offered to inspect the air ducts with a camera before or after.
I observed the air ducts and return ducts being cleaned and felt they may have missed some of the vents that fork in the attic and requested they approach from the vent side which they happily did. I also question how the equipment was going to clean the return when it was not as large in diameter as the ducts it was attempting to clean. I was told it will bounce around and get everything clean. After they left I cleaned my air filtration system and reinstalled it at the air exchangers on the units in the attic before turning the units back on.
The following days I noticed some large piece of dust on the carpet and the return register in the living room was not sealing correctly. I got the ladder out remover the return grill that had a fair amount of dust on it and when I look inside the return box and duct I had my suspicions confirmed that the cleaning equipment did not in fact completely clean the ducts. I then went up into the attic and opened up the filtration system and found what you will see in the videos and pictures. If I did not have the type of filtration system that I have all of that dust would have made it through the air exchanger and into the evaporator cores and back into the air ducts, which would have necessitated having the system cleaned by a professional heating and air conditioning company. I also was amazed that none of the air vents were cleaned; in fact the only ones removed were the ones I requested to be removed so the ducts could be cleaned from that end.
I have attached two videos I have made of the air returns along with pictures of the air ducts since I do have cameras. There are also a couple of pictures of the missed spot on the carpet.
I am requesting the following:
1.The air duct job to be redone by different Zerorez technicians with equipment that is capable of cleaning the larger ducts.
2.After the job in finished video inspection and proof that the ducts are actually clean and undamaged.
3.The missed spot on the carpet cleaned.
4.A significant adjustment to the bill for wasting my time documenting the cleaning job, re-cleaning the filtration system again along with the time I am going to have to put aside while the job is redone.

The men who were cleaned were very curteous. The carpet puffed up in spots after cleaning, but went down the next day. An explanation would have kept us from worrying that the carpet in the room was ruined.

My carpet remained damp until the next afternoon - a full 12+ hours later. I was not expecting it to take that long. If that is the norm, the woman on the phone and the tech who did the job should not have told me and my husband that it would take 3.
