Where do I start...
Arrival window was from 4-6pm. Technician did not call until 6:30pm to advise that he would be there in 20 minutes.
Kitchen tile was not completely cleaned as shown in the demonstration.
Technicians did not wear shoe covers during job there from leaving shoe prints in the kitchen.
Master Bath shower was not cleaned to a professional standard. I feel like I could have cleaned it equally as well with standard home products.
Also master bath shower was damaged during cleaning because the technician hit the corner of a shelf with his steamer tool.
We requested that we be giving some extra Styrofoam blocks to get furniture off the wet carpet, they left with out honoring that request.
They rushed through the job probably because it was 10pm on Sat night. I feel like my service should not be compromised regardless of the time.
I requested a patch service but apparently between the dispatcher and technician there was a communication breakdown because the technicians showed up without the equipment to provide the service.
I have agreed to have the service redone. I am however, concerned with the policy of trying to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by offering to provide what could potentially be more unsatisfactory service. I think it is important for you to know that I had another a option (Ripleys) that were willing to provide a similar service for $200 less. The reason I chose Zerorez is because of the Saturday service and timing is an issue for my situation. It is inconvenient and unsatisfactory to have to schedule a second appointment during the week because your company failed the first time. If it was the case where I wanted it completed during the week I would have chose the company that was $200 cheaper. Service could not have been better, your tech was professional, friendly and fast,got right to his work. I really like that he called to let me know he would be a little late. The lady that helped me with my appointment was great so pleasant and willing to help me with such short notice. You helped me at such short notice. I will call you the next time I need carpets. Your serviceman, James Branch was the best. The results were almost miraculous, because our carpet hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. We are very happy with the results of his work.

I discovered that a small rug had not been moved to clean carpet under it. Would have liked the person cleaning to ask if I wanted it cleaned underneath

high quality cleaning that makes everything look new and smell fresh.
I would suggest that all Zero Rez representatives that come to clean ALWAYS use the furniture protection cones around the furniture when the bring in the longhoses. My TV entertainment center had 2 chips out of it when the gentleman accidently bumped into the center. I will have to touch up with special paint.
Over all, everyone has always been very profesional, courteous, and I am always going to use Zero Rez.
The technician was very professional, courteous, friendly, and took the time to explain how the process is different than other carpet cleaning services. He did a fantastic job and worked hard on getting stains removed.
The tech got my carpets clean. He explained everything clearly and was just a nice guy.

Some of the furniture was not moved and cleaned under. I have some pieces that are hard to move, but I have one end table that I moved liking for a remote control and was shocked to see that was not moved to clean under. I would not recommend your company at all .
it was fast
Results were very positive. Carpet and upholestry looks clean and old spots have not popped up, dries quickly.
There were stains not effectively removed. Although I was not personally present when the job was completed, there was no communication that the stain could not be removed and why.
The cleaning was thorough and only 2-3 hours to dry. Carpet felt soft and it was clean.
Called beforehand; left carpets clean and no smell
Our service provider was super. Chris was very knowlegable, had a great personality and very thorough.
I really appreciated the technicians coming back out to thoroughly check my carpets and pads. They also did a great job explaining the different options for taking care of my pet stains.

Clean products, no detergents, etc. Valenton, our service provider was fANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable on products and services, spot on recommendations and did a phenomenal job o our carpets! Highly recommended and will use again.
Everything - my carpet looks amazing and your crew is always very proffessional and knowledgable.
The cleaning was done in a rush, and the stairs was not cleaned as I was told with the hand held tools. I was also sold extra products which I regret buying now, because it made no difference. After a few weeks the carpet looks like it did before the cleaning. Very disappointed. I would ask for it to be re-cleaned, but my schedule is very busy at this time.
The tech Joseph was very helpful and took the time to explain the entire process for me. He did not try to push me to buy additional services, but he gave me estimates for the next time I need service.
