The carpet cleaner that came out was named Ron and he was very knowledgable and professional. He worked very hard to clean our whole house. I love that the products used are all natural and my carpet looks great!

The previous 2 times I was 100% satisfied. Last week's a spot was missed and a few others weren't as carefully attended to as the previous times. I still believe Zerorez is incredible and the majority of their technicians are great and sooo helpful. I will say the 'plan' I chose last week was NOT used and I sadly didn't notice that until after he'd left and I reviewed my email copy. So he got more money out of me than what I'd planned!

Not a heavy chemcial smell; a very fresh and clean scent. The technician that came out to my home was very professional, did a great job, offered me different solutions for other needs in my home and was very knowledgable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had the "three room" special at $99 plus one room for free. I was explained that each room
Could not exceed over 200 sq ft and if it did then I would be able to use my fourth room free
For that extra sq ft. We had one urine stain smaller than the size of my fist which we were told if it was not treated than
It would make the urine smell ten times worse after the cleaning which the smell was hardly noticeable to begin with.
But since we were told this we had it treated being we did not want our in tire house to smell like urine. This
Very small spot that was treated costed us an extra $60.00!
After that there was a coffe stain we wanted treated the tech said after he treated it with this " special" treatment to
Stay off of it for twenty to fourty mins and the stain would gradually lift and disappear. Well that did
NOT happen the stain is a bit lighter but still there and very noticeable!
As I was going in my invoice to retrieve our fullers gift card I'm reading over the invoice
after he left and I notice he put" coffe stain was treated and customer IS aware the stain will NOT come out,"
I read this and was immediately upset! That is not what he told us at all he told us again after treated to
Stay off the treated area and after twenty to fourty mins
The stain will lift and be gone. So of course I was upset and felt lied to. Not to mention the following Tuesday
I called the company to explain I was not able to receive my gift card with the link and to make my complaint about
This incident. The man I spoke to was very nice and respectful I got my fullers gift card the very next day in the mail
And was told a customer service supervisor would contact me to discuss these issues within the next couple of days.
It has now been a week exactly since I called zerorez and no one has bothered to contact me! I'm very
Disappointed and will more than likely never use this company again unless
Someone can give me good reason to. What's also a shame is we heard of your company through the Christian
Radio station we listen to and yet your words do not back up your quality of service. That should not be advertised on
A Christian radio station. I do hope after this some one hopefully a supervisor of some sort will have the respect to
Respond back to me in a timely manner. And last but not least our "three room special" of $99.00 + tax came out to
$169.00+ tax!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My first experience with Zerorez was much better. Tim, the technician sent this time around, did a good job cleaning but pushed selling his abilities to me. He said he cleaned our high traffic area twice...what he was supposedly cleaning was the shadow casting down onto the carpet from the balcony above. Geez! Flip on a light before overstressing the carpet...please!

I also feel he oversold me on treatments which resulted in more than doubling my anticipated charges. I requested the "Tony Zaza special" for $99 to clean 4 rooms. That's $24.75/room but I paid $588.04 which is $147.01/room. I actually had just two larger rooms cleaned instead of 4 rooms. Tim charged me $75/bottle to "santize" my carpet and remove pet odor. Wasn't sanitizing part of the special??? I expected to pay more to treat for pet odor, but holy cow! Also, Tim blatantly lied by telling me he needed 4 gallons of flash and if he used more, he would not charge me for additional bottles. My invoice indicates he charged me for 5 bottles. Of course the invoice was not available to me until AFTER Tim charged my credit card, left and emailed the invoice. In addition to being lied to about the charges, I did not see 5 empty bottles leaving my house!

To offset the charges, Tim said he gave me a $70 value by cleaning my stairs and treated two rooms with something he recommended for treating pet odor but only charged me for one room at $60. So, in his mind, he gave me a $130 value??? I could see that he cleaned the stairs but how does the customer prove that he applied the additional treatment. He lied to me about the flash so he could have lied about the additional treatments. I'm the one that paid $588.04 so I certainly don't feel like he "gave me" anything!

As with any customer, results and customer service are required to earn return business. Having a technician that fishes for compliments and pushes to sell treatments is very uncomfortable. If I use Zerorez again, I will request a different technician to avoid uncomfortable moments and being grossly overcharged. In my opinion, Tim is damaging the Zerorez reputation! What's worse, I even tipped Tim $10 cash! Had I seen the invoice before Tim left,that would not have happened. At a MINIMUM, I overpaid $85!!!!!

You are coming back since I was not satisfied. That's good. The ad specifically included pretreating, but the agent wanted to charge $35 a room to do that. He left heavy chairs on my bed (I didn't ask that they be moved) that created a medical problem for me -- to get them off the bed so I could retire for the night.

So much water was left in the carpet that they were still wet 12 plus hours later, some areas even in the following day. It was not a rainy day, not a cold day, and I put some ceiling fans on when agent left to speed drying.

The attitude of the agent was condescending and unfriendly. I was glad when he was gone.

I was not told in advance to prep rooms so as not to delay service, nor was I told that the cleaner would not help move items over 25 pounds, nor did I receive the gift certificate even after mentioning the WBAP promotion. Thomas, my cleaner, was very good and explained that your insurance wouln't allow moving help. So get better insurance! Thomas cleaned an extra hall for me because he felt bad, but I had previously used a cleaner who came with two guys and helped however I needed. I would have used them again had your service been properly explained.

Did not arrive at scheduled time. (Arrived several hours earlier, which was nice. But I was unprepared.)

Convinced us to pay for "level 2" cleaning to remove pet odor. Guaranteed it would remove odor or they would return and repeat the process. Then when I saw the email receipt after he left, I noticed it wasn't guaranteed after all.

Didn't even measure rooms but said my living area was the equivalent of two rooms. (I thought I read or was told that it was $30 extra for large rooms.) so for four rooms, I got a living area, one bedroom and a hallway cleaned.

The major disappointment was the cost. I signed up for a $99 special. I had a $50 gift card, and ended up paying more than $200 for less rooms than I expected and was not impressed with the results.
