I don't know. The first treatment had extra work included. Results were great. Supposedly the second treatment has some additional treatment but my carpet did not smell near as clean and fresh as the first time. It made me wonder if the cleaning solution wasn't diluted. I will use you again just to see how it comes out the third time.
Looked great when left, found a few spots after it dried but didn't bother me much, looked a smelled clean, but within 2 weeks traffic patterns re-appeared. Probably still clean, doesn't look dirty, just old, but I had hoped that since it wasn't stained that after cleaning the old dirt and natural oils out it would retain the un-worn look. Didn't think it would as it is over 11 years old, but commercials led me to believe it would.Secondly, to the best of my knowledge I have not yet received the $100 certificate to Fuller's jewelers - can you look into this for me - thank you

Technician Tom was very professional and extremely knowledgable and helpful. Our carpets look brand new.
The arrival time was 11-1. I got a call at 12:50 there was a family emergency and they had to find another truck. I received another call at 1:30 saying he would be there in 25 to 30 min. Zerorez arrived at 2. He looked at my 8 rooms to clean. He said the stairs could not be counted as a rm and it would be 3 dollars a step. ($72). He quoted an extra 12.00 for 4 rms upstairs for disinfectant. He also cleaned a sewing rm chair for 60.00. He quoted me 490.00. I wrote a check and When I asked for the receipt he said it would be on my email I was charged for an eighth rm plus the stairs. There are only 7 rms carpeted and he charged me 80.00 instead of 48.00 for the upstairs disinfecting. I called immediately to complain and was told Brad, the manager had gone for the day and would return my call. Brad never returned my call
My carpets looked brand new and the technician was knowledgable and professional.
My carpets look clean and have no "cleaner" odor. The 15 yr old, never been cleaned before, area rug which the technician cleaned in place looks bright and new. He is very willing to come back ASAP to hit those persistent pet vomit spots that didn't show up until the carpet was dry.
Cesar was wonderful! Because we needed pre-treatment, there was an odor but I will say that the carpet dried faster than usual. The cost was about $100.00 more than I usually spend, which surprised me. Many of my friends are watching expenses. You advertised 3 rooms for $99. but the cost was over $200.00 in the end. I AM pleased with the work and Cesar was prompt, polite and an efficient hard worker who explained everything to my husband and me.

The service was timely, my technician (Kermit) was very friendly and accomodating, the carpets look good. Good value!....however, I did not get my $100 gift card as advertised...

On Dec 20 I got your estimate for stripping/refinishing our saltillo floor tile. At that time I said that I would also like an estimate for doing the carpeting. I was told that if you got the tile job, the carpeting would be done at no charge. You finished the tile on Jan 24 and I paid for it at that time. But I have trying since Feb 4 (with no success) to get you back in to do the carpeting. It was scheduled for Feb 17 (I think), but that was canceled by you folks. We were out of town Mar 9 - Mar 17, but there were no e-mails or voice messages attempting to schedule a date. My concern is that you have already been paid and I have disappeared from your list of priorities.
Zero Rez did a great job on our carpets.
I would like to make a comment about the two gentleman that came to our house. One of the men (Roger or Rodney?) was brand new (2nd day) and the lead guy that was supposed to train him is not a good trainer at all. He did not show Roger/Rodney how to do anything, but was all too quick to point out when he did something wrong. If you do not show someone the RIGHT way to do something, then don't get upset when they do it wrong. The lead guy also refered to training the new guy as "babysitting". As a customer, I don't want to see or hear this stuff. As a manager, I was appalled. Hiring a new person is a big investment for a company and if I were Roger/Rodney, I would not put up with being spoken to like that and this could mean high turn-over for Zero Rez. You need to be aware of this so you can "train the trainer", or remove the lead guy from his training duties.

i liked your service and the technician who came to my house. but you are clearly among the most expensive and the final price was even $70 higher than initially quoted. my carpet was quite dirty and the technician worked vigorously to get all of the spots and soiled areas. there are some still left and for what i paid i would have expected a little better results. in accordance with the warranty, i am going to request that a return visit be made for a second attempt. that will be the real test. based upon that warranty compliance, i would definitely consider future service and referrals.
