What could we do to improve?

My only complaint is that my hall was not listed on the work order even though I told both people who I spoke to that I had a hall and that cost me extra. I didn't think to ask if protecter was included and no one mentioned it to me and that cost 160.00 extra. I was expecting to pay about 250.00 to 275.00 and it cost me 432.16. I was very satisfied with the technician, Daniel and the results are very good.

What could we do to improve?

There seems to be a residue that remained on the tile for the areas that were not dried fully and left to air dry. I had to relearn the tile with and scrubber washer machine that I currently own. Other than that the grout and tile were definitely cleaned up a great deal. It worked best on the grout cleaning

What could we do to improve?

Do the pre-treating as advertised BEFORE getting the carpet so wet (in cleaning.) Then the technician would not have had to come back to treat areas that didn't come clean.s

Also, the first technician used so much water that the carpet was not dry in many spots up to 3 days later. The 2nd technician noticed wet areas even up to a week later when he returned to do the "pre-treating" (after initial cleaning w/o any pre-treatment -- which is stated in the WRR ad.)

The first technician was poorly trained, didn't know the ad steps promised, and was not very kind -- was condescending and chauvinistic towards women.

What do you like about our products and services?

We have had our carpets professionally cleaned four times before Zerorez. I was always amazed how quickly the other companies got in and out but disappointed on how well they did. Zerorez wasn't quick but thorough. They used a brush machine that pulled up gobs of black cat fur which was matted in the fibers of our light beige carpet. We had never noticed the fur before but the sad thing about it is, we have lived here six years and don't have pets. The other companies did not clean well. Our carpets look great now!

I don't like the way I am being treated. I am doing everything within my budget, and within what should be appropriate and reasonable to take care of one particular area within one room to be rid of *smell (*most important), and stain. Very inappropriate and unacceptable, condescending remarks/suggestions from Zeroez.

What do you like about our products and services?

You did an awesome job on our floors. We are very happy with the results. Our house feels so clean again. We will definitely use you again and refer you to our friends. I even posted on our neighborhood Facebook page on what a great job you did. The gentleman that came was very friendly and accommodating. He was on time. Even a little early. I work from home and was able to continue my business while he worked. Thank you. KW

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1 The ads are deliberately misleading stating that the price is $99 dollars. The "fuel charge" should be built in to the advertised price.
2 Since I only had one carpeted room, the salesman (on the phone) asked what else I had that needed to be cleaned, since there was that $99 (3 room) minimum. I have a love seat that needed cleaning and he said that would work to fulfill that $99 dollars. When the tech arrived, he stated that the love seat could NOT be a part of that $99 min. and charged me a separate fee on top of the $99. My bill for your crappy service was $160 + $10 + tax...
Not $99!
3 The carpet was sprayed with a chemical that smells like simple solution ( very unpleasant).
4 The stains returned immediately. ( WE fixed this with resolve )
5 The carpet took over a week to dry.

You can make the pricing right by advertising the REAL price.
You can make love seat issue right by training your salesmen and your techs the same as to what can be included in your "$99" special.
There is nothing you can do to make cleaning right. It is a flaw in your technique.
We have fixed it ourselves with a dry clean approach.

Love the way the carpet feels after being cleaned. Soft, not crunchy like other companies leave the carpet after being cleaned.

We were please with the results. However, would have been beneficial for us if the technician was there on time. Our time slot was 4p-6:30p and tech arrived about 6:45p. I left work early and was home before 4 to be ready.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The reason we hire a professional carpet cleaning service is to get put the more difficult dirty areas that we are not able to remove with our home carpet cleaning machine. Having to ask for these areas to be worked on again after "finished" and told that high traffic/worn areas won't likely be able to be adequately cleaned because the fibers break down in the high traffic areas was not an expected response. He did, however, want to satisfy me so he took the extra time to go over some areas and they did come out cleaner. One stain he said he had worked on but it was not coming out, I got down on my knees and rubbed on it with a towel and the towel came up dirty with something that smelled nasty. He then went over the area until it came out. I felt very badly that he had to stay so long to go over the spots I had noticed since he still had 4 other jobs to do and would likely get home after midnight. He was diligent but had already worked through his lunch and was probably feeling tired & hungry. I did not check the TV room but many darker areas remained.

It was a couple spots still on the carpet and I thought it would be dry before the next business day. The guy was very nice and polite. I did walk and look, but the next day, I saw a couple of spots.
