I can trust the technicians to do a great job. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company to touch my carpets.

we live n a condominium - needed a "portable" which the technician did not have on his truck - goes back to Carrollton to retrieve a unit - gets back to our house around 6:30 pm - hooks up the machine (which he said was a rental because all of their others were in repair) - water spills out on my hall floor - trips our circuit breakers several times - aftr hearing numerous ads on KRLD and readin the websit, I was stunned at the sequence of events - terrible experience

The person who came to our house was very friendly and gave us free protection on our living room carpets. Very sweet! The carpets look brand new! I couldn't believe that he just used water to clean them. I will always use and recommend Zerorez. Very happy customer! :)
The carpet looked BRAND NEW !!!! I was amazed, I have pets and did not expect it to look as good as it did. I had heard of your company thru KLUV, Jody Dean and thought I would try it. I am so glad I did.

Decrease all the extras charges into an alternative fixed price menu. This would be good online so customers would be prepared more fully.

I was a little concerned when I found the carpet in the upstairs area was bowed up in two places. It would have been nice if the Zerorez representive would have mentioned that it would return to a flat surface when it dried, which it did by the way.

There are to many upcharges, such as $10 fuel surcharge, $60 pet treatment, substantially more for stairs, etc.
Had to have a redo of one room as it was not cleaned thoroughly, but otherwise satisfied. Will likely use again.
The Tech was very hard-working and obviously motivated to help me get the results that I desired. Great service and I will be calling Zerorez again in the future.
I am very impressed that your cleaning products do such a great job - and it is done without harmful chemicals. It is safe for pets and children! The service was very good. Darwin Harrison worked hard to clean the carpets and the kitchen tile. The result is great!
Nothing at all was negative. Gentleman was very pleasant , professional and appropriatly engaging. I just couldn't SEE a difference after the cleaning, however know there HAD to have been. I will use again and have recommended you.

I had 2 areas cleaned for the price of 3 special. A carpeted living room in the back of the house with specifically pointed out high traffic areas. After 2 days of drying, I can still see where some stains were. Maybe they can't be removed, I don't know but I did not expect 2 days of drying, my perception was this was a quicker drying process as well.
Second area cleaned was a small tiled bathroom floor which I had to go in with a roll of paper towels as dry up puddled water from corners and the whole strip behind the bathroom door. An area rug could not be cleaned even though I've had it done before, I guess I can live with this if it's your policy. Lastly, I had to go back and wipe up the dryed footprint in my hallway and across kitchen from the wet boots. My front door had to remain open, which I thought was a little odd, another company had a hanging item that went over the door to prevent cold air/hot air from going in and out. It was a nice day but again, just odd. The last time (last year some time) I tried to schedule zerorez I asked to be contacted via your email site - I believe it took almost a week to hear back so in the meantime, because I had company coming I went with a competitor. I was happy to see you all at the TX Home show at Cowboy Stadium and actually schedule an appt. this time. Not sure it was worth the wait.
