Diamond did a great job cleaning my carpets today. I got a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he arrived. He looked over the area and got right to work. He recommended some options for my pet vomit stains and other spots. He kept me informed as he worked on each room. He was very professional and was also able to clean one extra room that I hadn't counted when I set up the appointment. Great job, Diamond! Thanks Zerorez!

Can not say enough about the technician that came out. What a great guy. Also you products clean well especially pet stains and the carpets dry very quickly. Your carpet tech was in my home to sell me items and inflate my bill. Cleaning my carpet was secondary in his efforts.

Fairly priced, easy to schedule quickly.
Not as pleads this time. Foot prints all over hardwood floors I have to clean. Recommend covering floors where they have to walk with wet shoes. And a few spots still there. Nothing major.
We had appointment time 10am-12pm. Never got a call saying running behind. We called around 11:30 and the lady said running behind. Guy showed up around 12:30. Beside that service was fast and guy was nice. We waited around, when if they called ahead saying running behind we could have planned our day better.

Paul was awesome and very professional. It was our first time to use this company but we will definitely use them again!
I wish there weren’t so many hidden fees. The $14 environmental fee, traveling fee, extra money to get a stain out. The $99 for four rooms turns out to be $150 and I only had 3 rooms.
There wasn’t any real price transparency. They came in and quoted way more than expected and sprayed and washed but it was still making my clients feet dirty on the carpet. They ordered a rental rug doctor vacuum and the carpet was bringing up water that looked like chocolate milk. I just won’t be using this service again for these prices and no remedy.
