The technician was straightforward regarding the additional solution needed to clean the carpet. After doing the math, he suggested we have it taken to the factory to have the cleaning performed there, as we would save money doing so.

Arrival times. Said we would be given a 30 minute window and they tried to come 3 hours early and almost didn’t want to change times. My husband was at the house for the cleaning and said they did great but did charge extra for a tiny walk in closet, no bigger than the rest.
Overall fine and would recommend.

Better customer service while booking app. I was told my total was $136.65 then told you had a minimum of $137. I asked to just be charged the minimum of $137 but was told the only option was to add $20 carpet protector to get to the minimum.
