due to your over booking, I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my carpet cleaned. You cancelled.my appointment just about an hour of when you were to clean my carpet. There was no call a few hours earlier, so I could still save mt day and could do something other than just sit at the house waiting for ZeroRes to come. To get ready for the appointment, I had to bring someone in to help me get ready, as I am not able to do the things I needed. I have used ZeroRes for several years now, but I have never had such Poor service or should I say bad service before.
I also had the extra service added, to remove the stains and smell of the pet. Iwas told it would be sprayed edge to edge, and the cleanedto help remove the saains. Well, when it was all dry. You could still see some of the stains and it did not look like it cleaned at all. I feel it was a waste of money.to have this service added. I was even given an additional discount for having to reschedule. I am sorry but this was the very worst.service I have ever had from ZeroRes.

Rug cleaning was perfect. But we were promised 4 Ranger tickets but they out. This happened a few years ago too. We were offered a $50 discount on a future cleaning

Service has been late and the consideration for the customer terrible. 0 for 3 times in the last month. Sold a house, purchased and a fu to the house sold. 1 no show and 2 late visits.
The carpet does not feel “sudsy” or “soapy” it dried quickly and the process from beginning to end was easy and professional.
The technician you sent out originally didn’t even perform the job. He simply took payment and left. Completely unacceptable. Thank you for sending someone out to actually do the job after the fact. But no I would absolutely never recommend your company. I would love a total refund. Total waste of time and energy calling multiple times and making ourselves available again to make sure the job was actually performed.
Very nice rep, did a good job on my carpets
My carpet took about 18 hours to dry and was left SO wet that it squished when I walked on it in several places. I did not know this until I ran the vacuum over it the next day. Also, the carpet still looked new except in major traffic areas; now it looks old all over, and all the heavy traffic areas look even worse than they did before. I am very disappointed in the results. I was trying to postpone replacing the carpet another year or two, but now I am very sad every time I look at it!
I see no way for this to be rectified. I just wish I had never called Zerorez.
I wasn’t happy when I found out that my air ducts couldn’t be cleaned due to the type of ductwork I have. I was very happy with the way my carpet and tile was cleaned. His professional manner in the way he explained exactly what he was doing once I showed him the entire areas that needed to be cleaned. He was friendly and very easy to talk to. I will only use your company to do my carpet and tile cleaning from now on.

The techs are always so kind and professional. And they do a great job! This call went a little different than planned as the tech came on Wednesday and the truck broke. I was rescheduled until Saturday which thankfully worked for us. I was a little surprised the company didn't offer a discount for having to reschedule due to equipment failure, However we are loyal customers and typically have y'all out 3 or more times per year and we trust your services. Thank you Dexter for a job well done!
