Carpet cleaning
Bert was so professional and courteous. I would love to have him back.
I had a bedroom cleaned and area rug. I felt that the technician did not spend enough time on either. There were some pet stains on both which is why I hired a professional. Supposedly they were treated for that but both look and smell as bad as they did before cleaning. I am very dissatisfied with the results.
The technician was polite and professional and did a great job.

It's so easy to set up an appointment online. I am given a short window and receive a call 30 minutes ahead. I have a carpet over 20 years old, it always looks like new after a cleaning! The technician is always professional and efficient. I have used Zero rez over 10 years, will never use anyone else!

I was supposed to get Rangers tickets with my recent carpet cleaning and did not receive them. When I called in they told me they were surprised that nobody told me they didn't have any more tickets.

Very professional job
The techs are always so kind and professional. And they do a great job! This call went a little different than planned as the tech came on Wednesday and the truck broke. I was rescheduled until Saturday which thankfully worked for us. I was a little surprised the company didn't offer a discount for having to reschedule due to equipment failure, However we are loyal customers and typically have y'all out 3 or more times per year and we trust your services. Thank you Dexter for a job well done!
