Area to improve: promptness. The tech called 5 minutes before arrival (not 30). Both the call and arrival were after the scheduled window. I would have benefitted from advance notice that they would be late.

First time to use Zerorez. Carpets look great. Technician was prompt, thorough, and polite.
It’s hard for one person to manage all that blue piping when they have to clean upstairs and down. It was hard for my person to have it organized to bring it in the house. In this case he let it land on my flower beds which crushed my flowers.
I think zero res needs to come up with a way for the piping to stay organized so they don’t have all the chaos of bringing it in the house.
Also I think all workers should wear shoe cover ups as my tile got very messy and needed to be mopped.
I find your service good but when you advertise $99 for 4 rooms and I end up paying $200( due to all the add ons like feul, larger area to clean, dumping of water etc) that’s not an accurate quote.
Had a nasty coffee stain. Zerorez tech was able to get it out with no problems!
The technician spilled the cleaning solution in the hallway heavily dousing one spot and while cleaning it up acted as though it was a free treatment from a dog stain but I saw the solution spill there. The carpet is now crusty and ruined from the overspill. I would like reimbursement for the hallway cleaning at the very least as now the carpet will need to be replaced.

We had 4 rooms cleaned. 3 were great and the 4th one we paid extra for pet odor removal. We knew it may not work but we weren’t expecting it to be worse. Once it dried, we couldn’t enter the room the smell is so bad. It’s a million times worse than before it was cleaned and now we are pricing our new flooring.
