How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Received quote over the phone with discounts promotionals , but when techs arrived they were late. And, quoted me something totally different. Said that I would recieve an invoice by email. Received email , but could not open attachment. So, do not know exactly what I was paying for, but my check was cashed .

Mentioned advertisement heard from radio station , and did not receive any of those promotionals

What do you like about our products and services?

If the technician does his job properly, your system is excellant. sadly to say on this job he did not. late in the day, I guess he was tired and wanted the day to be over and go home. this will not stop me from recommending your service to others but now I'm torn on what to do about this mess. The carpet still looks bad so we have bought rugs to put over the carpet,which is an added expense. He didn't use the corner protectors and now we have waynescoating that is in need of repair. Overall...a really bad job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Some pretty basic stains in the carpet were not removed, such as an area with a bit heavier basic traffic dirt and a coffee stain. I expected stains which I've been able to get better results on with my consumer rug cleaner to be easily removed by the Zerorez process.

Did not feel comfortable with technician that came out, felt as if he was too busy up selling services & carpets would not come out clean unless we paid for additional services. Said basic service we paid for of $99 they normally go over carpet once or twice.

What could we do to improve?

The quality of the cleaning was superb and the professionalism of the technician very apparent. I was surprised at two things. Your technicians don't wear protective covers over their shoes? No offer or attempt was made to move sofa, chair or end tables and clean under them. The areas between the sofa, chair and end tables needed attention. Also, a dinning room table (oak) was cleaned around but spacers were not placed under the legs to protect from moisture. I noticed this after the technician had left or I would have asked for them.

I had an appointment scheduled between 1:30-3:30 and never heard anything until I called at 4 and was told the tech would be there soon. Called again at 5 and was told he was on his way and he was right by our house when I called. I was never told he was running late or called when he was on his way. I wasted half of a day off waiting and was never told he was running late. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service when I called to try to find out how much longer I was going to have to wait.

The carpets were cleaned without the resurfacing of stains. The technicians were couterous and professional. The completed a pre and post cleaning walk through--looking for problem areas and showing us the results.

What do you like about our products and services?

The product worked and the technician was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from our interaction. After a few days, I vacuumed my carpet and the fresh scent from the original cleaning came back. Will have to schedule an appointment to clean even more rooms in the home!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Most regrettably, I agreed to an "up-sell" cleaning of both my kitchen and dining area ceramic tile (approx. 150 sq ft). For the cost of $1.25/sq ft, I essentially paid for both inadequate cleaning of the tile grout, damage to adjacent carpeting, tile and grout damage. The first attempt at tile cleaning left nearly 1/3 of the grout joints unclean and damage to the adjacent carpeted transition. A return visit on 7/12, which was plagued with confusion and delay regarding the “arrival window”, did address those unsatisfactory areas, HOWEVER, my wife had noticed dime sized damage to one of the tiles and a loss of grout in other areas shortly after Thomas had departed. This tile damage even goes a bit beyond the surface...a hole was blasted right through the tile. So now what? More time, inconvenience, and additional expense!?!? Against my wife's wishes to request a full refund in lieu of a re-cleaning, I thought it best to offer the opportunity to try again...now, she has a blasted kitchen floor tile and damaged joints. I cannot stress enough how regretful I am to have agreed to tile and grout cleaning. I would be likely to recommend your service for carpeting, but would never recommend tile and grout cleaning as your tooling and skill level for tile/grout cleaning exposes your company to too much risk. Our nearly new home which was built in late 2011 and purchased by us 6/20/13, doesn't have that like new feeling a mere 3 weeks after purchase as a result of this damage...a "not so new feeling" resulting from a service costing less $200. I will be expecting a home visit by a zerorez supervisor to view the damage. Send appointment requests to our email address, Email address removed, and we'll provide a time which works for us.

Appointment set up is easy, always on time and with a notice and the sericeman, Chris was very professional. He Explained what he was doing and did an excellent job as well as his assistant.
