I have used two other carpet cleaning companies over the past two years, and none of them were able to get out the pet stains as well as Zerorez.
Your product cleaned my carpet, even the high traffic areas, to appear in new condition. I particularly liked your serviceman. He thoroughly explained the patented cleaning process. He made a point to have me look at the results of his work periodically as it was in progress. Your service man spend time explaining about additional products you offer, such as carpet protectant, air flters and rug cleaning services. He was coureous and seemed genuinely proud of the Zerorez products and the results of his work.
No strong scent, leaves no residue.
There were many spots that didn't come out of the carpet. I called to have the technician come back but I have not heard anything since.
The professionalism of your folks who clean the carpets.
Not so much the office staff...
The office promised to call to confirm when my appointment would be yet they neglected to call me. So this is an office and not a Cleaner problem. I called and asked when he would be here and asked them that when they say there are going to do something, that it is expected that they will do that. They called when he was 15 minutes out but I was stuck in the house for hours waiting to hear when he would be coming for fear of missing him....

I was impressed with the service and your staff. They called me by my first name and were very friendly and you could tell they knew what they were talking about. When they left I felt like I had made the right decision in choosing Zerorez to come and clean. I will be using this company from now on. Hands down, great job!

We liked how the associate came in and explained what they could do to the carpets and what they offer. They provided us a choice and did not push us to purchase anything we were not comfortable with. It was also nice not to smell a chemical when the carpet were being cleaned.

I think that you are not upfront with your advertising. It was advertised as 3 rooms for $79 but when the tech got here I had to ask and then it went to 3 rooms for $89 and then a fuel charge and taxes were added. I ended up paying $106 for a service that I thought would be $79.
The service itself was very good and the tech was friendly and professional.
Colby was extremely professional! He was extremely knowledgeable of your products and services and was able to get rid of some very dirty spots on my carpet that I didn't think could be cleaned. Charge more than you advertise.
The 2 gentleman that cleaned my carpet seem to really care about my the finished product, also the way they protected my furniture.

Your technician did not call first - his phone was disconneted since he did not pay his bill. He used one of my good kitchen towels to clean up water off my floors. The residue from the carpets being cleaned and dripping from hoses in my hallway and my den - I still have not been able to clean up - I still have a film. He tracked in something white and left foot prints on my hard floors. The technician needed something to drink since he left his water bottle at home. I do not mind giving anyone water; I do mind that it was left on my antique dresser when he left. He could have worked faster if he chose not to spend time admiring my artwork or trying to make friends with the dog. He cleaned the rug in my front entry without my knowledge, he wanted to help me out. He told me after the fact and the rug now does not lay flat around the edges. I can not use this rug now since it has become a tripping hazard not only for my 80 year old mother but any guest using my front door.
My carpets were still wet on Sat. morning even when he was through with the carpets before 3:30 Fri. afternoon. I can get them drier using my personal steam cleaner. My just cleaned curtains in my dining area were wet and needed to be redone after he cleaned the tile floor.
I did not receive a Fuller's coupon. I did not receive paperwork from this appt. including a receipt. He took all paperwork with him. What upsets me most is the fact that I have not been able to get my other floors clean & that a perfectly good rug is now unusable.
