Pricing needs to be a little more reasonable on hallways and stairs. I had an $89 Three room special, but the stairs at $4 each and the hallway added up to $105, making it not such a deal. Really, why should it cost $4 per stair? Seems VERY high.

I told you it was a two story condo on the phone. No one told me that there would be an additional charge for each stair and landing until the technician arrived at my home. When someone says "two stories" the person on the phone should advise them that there will be an extra charge of $4 per stair and $10 per landing.

They did a great job and were in and out in very quickly.

I was given a quote of $148 for my job. I ended up paying over $800 for a lot of ad dons and up sells!
Obviously that makes James a great salesperson and makes me guilty of not asking the right questions before agreeing to the extra services.
He did not give me any costs when presenting the additional services and even though I am very happy with the results, I would never have spent that much at this time. If I did recommend you to my friends I would warn them not to fall for the sales pitch. It's very hard to refuse a service once the job is in progress.

I was told I would be receiving two $50 gift certificates, one from Zerorez and the other from an area restaurant. I have not received either of these and it has been over four months now. I do not feel you should advertise these benefits if you have no intention of fulfilling them.

I had way less square footage to be cleaned then the allotted square footage on the special (two rooms and two small rugs), knowing I wanted you guys to do an exceptional job before my wife's birthday party this weekend. Not only did I feel the need to micromanage your tech in the beginning with the first room (55-60 sq. ft.) due to his haste there were several spots he had to redo. On the second room I was busy and did not micromanage, but when I’d look in there he was back running it like a vacuum cleaner and when it dried totally the next day it looked like a Zebra. 1. When you pretreat you’ve got to give it time to soak in. 2. You guys can’t push (steam) and pull (extract) it like a vacuum or it will turn out like my Zebra. Slow down and do the job right the first time.

I am very satisfied with the carpet cleaning that I received. The technician was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my carpets. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!!!!!

I have a beige linen overstuffed chair in the living room that I bought last year and found two black grease or dirt marks on the bottom of the chair where the hose was being pulled through the house into the bedroom. I stayed upstairs until the downstairs had time to dry further and saw the stains on Saturday night. I tried all day yesterday to remove the stains with different methods and it is still not gone. I think overall the job was okay, but this has made me unhappy and not sure I would do it again.

I like the fact you don't use harmful chemicals. Our carpets looked as good as they could, being so old ;)

The statement about 30 day money back guarantee on the bottom of your invoice is VERY misleading to say the least. I consider it deceptive! That is only for "Product Purchases" ( a mop, cleaner, etc.) not the services you provided me. My technician said the severe water stains, mold and smell of mold would not return. Unfortunately, after about 6 hours after he finished, the carpet looked and smelled like it had never been cleaned. I specifically asked him if the stains would reappear and was told they would not. He also volunteered that the smell was "no problem at all" and could be dealt with easily. I will be letting EVERYONE I know about my horrible 100% UNSATISFACTORY experience with Zerorez.
