Your employee - Jaime - was wonderful!! He went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with the cleaning. He was incredibly polite and helpful! I also really appreciate that the way the appointments are set up. After testing cleaning, I could have chosen to not have the procedure done. Thank you!!
I would have given a higher rating, but because of an issue regarding the phone quote versus the on-site estimate which could not be resolved amicably, I've had to find an alternative company to clean my area rug. Otherwise, the technician, Chris Rivas, was very courteous, respectful, patient, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. Thanks.
Your service is terrific, although your prices seem quite high. I feel your advertised 4 room special for $99 is misleading, as it will rarely apply.

The man that came was very prompt and friendly. He didn't even mind my dogs! He worked hard and was done in no time! I like the fact that this is a "green company" and chemicals were not used on my carpets. So far they look great!

The cleaning process left streaks in my carpet, most likely from the wand. You can see where the tech worked his way back to the door by the way the streaks fan. The techs were good, professional in dealing with us and we appreciate that. The stains were gone. It's just those slightly grayish streaks that don't vacuum out.

Better communication when a rug is sent to the factory for cleaning. I called several times for updates, but no one actually called me back to provide any indication that you knew where my carpet was in the process. I did not object to the time it took to clean the carpet, but I would have greatly appreciated acknowledgement from someone who knew where my carpet was located and where it was in the process.

The technician was very through and was concerned with doing the best job he could on our carpet. We had a few stains from the previous owner and was able to completely get rid of all but one and it is very faint now. The carpet looks great and the best thing is I know its clean now.

Loved that there was no "chemical" smell when the team was done cleaning, and the areas were safe for my children even immediately after cleaning. Also, the team that performed the service - Joshua and Max - were INCREDIBLY professional, friendly, and a true pleasure to work with. This was my first experience with ZeroRez, and because of how wonderful Joshua and Max were in the service call, I will use you again!

Convenient fast and affordable
I asked to have carpet stretched but no one advised when I called that we had to move all the furniture in the room just that the tech would look at it when he got there and he didn't have enough manpower to move when he was there. More info at time of call in would have been great. Did not get carpet stretched. Living room couch and love seat were cleaned around and not moved and we asked about it while tech was there and he advised no extra charge to do it and no problem. We could have moved the couches for him if I had known he was not going to clean under them. Very disappointed.
The guys said they sprayed Pet cleaner beforehand, but it didn't seem like they did. In just one week, we could smell the pet odor.
