I like the reps being honest & straight forward, there were no gimmicks, they didn't try to sell me additional products/services.

This was the second time for you to come out as I had a horrible odor from a pet accident that continued to worsen. You charge way too much and with no guarantee. It actually has a worse odor now than it did after your redo. Plus you took it upon yourselves to decide to clean two rooms when there was only one in question. Never again.
After a week my carpet is still clean. The person who clean my carpet was very respectable. A friend was at home and consider using zerorez.

We have a Kangen water purifier and use the 11.5 water for cleaning all the time. So we definitely know the value of this water and do appreciate not having to use chemicals to get the same results.
When I called initially I inquired about how much it would cost to clean the tile floor in addition to the carpet. The quote proved to be too high for me and I told them during the same phone conversation that I did not want the tile cleaned. The cleaning was originally set for 1:30p however your office called at 11a and asked if the tech could come by at 11:30a which I said was fine but i'd have to call my wife to have her go over since we were selling the house and in the process of moving. My wife got there by 11:30a and the tech had begun cleaning the tile on the permission of the people who were moving in. They had told him to "do whatever was on the work order". Apparently the tile cleaning was on the order and he began with that. My wife explained to the tech we did not want the tile cleaned and the tech said the people moving in had asked for it so my wife assumed they had asked for the additioinaly service and told the tech that that's fine as long as they are paying for it. $466 later the people moving in and I decided to split the cost of the unwanted tile cleaning which was caused by it being on the initial order. This is my second time using Zerorez however at this point I will not recommend your company to other people because of this expensive mistake. There was obviously miscommunication all around except I did not order the service and the people who "authorized" it were not the ones who the tech should have listened to.
The techs that work for Zerorez are always very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am a repeat customer and will not use any other carpet cleaning service!
Service techs have always been very knowledgable, professional, and have done an overall excellent job. I have used zeroez three times, and won't use anyone else. I feel like the carpet is actually getting clean, and no residue!

My biggest problem is with the "extras" that were added on at the time of service. What was going to be $99 for three rooms, turned into $345. I understand for oversized rooms and stubborn stains, but the low price seemed to be the hook to draw the customer in and then more and more got added on. Didn't like this at all! I had your service back to retreat stains that came back and one has still not come out. I know you said sometimes pet stains keep coming back. Maybe that's the case. Also, my carpet upstairs buckled badly after the cleaning. The guys explained this sometimes happens, but it would go back in a couple days. Thankfully, it did, but that alone would keep me from using your service again or recommending it. Your guys were polite and worked hard to get my stains out, but I still have one that hasn't come out.

The two service people were very friendly and had detailed knowledge of products and services. They showed my wife, several times, what was happening or what would happen if they cleaned an area.

The technicians were awesome -- and they produced miracles with my carpets, rugs, and tile. I will be a regular customer of Zerorez as long as Joseph is around to make my house beautiful!

Kermit went above and beyond duty to clean the ducts that had 13 years of link. His recommendation to clean the dryer vent most lokely prevended a fire in the near future. Very satisfied with his attention to safety and dedicated duty to clean up the mess left on the floor as well.
