It seemed that the technician was trying too hard to prove the effectiveness of Zerorez technology. Showing me how dirty the carpet was (IE: looking at the dirty water during the initial part of the treatment, making various references to the buildup of dirt in the carpet and around the perimeter of each room, along with making disapproving remarks about my prior self-cleaning only gave me mixed feelings about the sales tactics of this particular company. Why make something else (carpet cleaning with - gasp! - detergents!) seem rather foolish and undesirable? Why not just prove the effectiveness of steaming by showing a spot before and after and leave it at that?

The softness and brightening of the carpet and the quick dry. This is the second time to use Zerorez and I was able to receive a discount from a friend that I had recommended. It was a generous and much appreciated discount. Thank you. I have not received an answer about the Fuller's Jewelry coupon however.

Chemical free application plus great pet stain treatment. Technician very knowledgeable and willing to work out best plan/price. And bonus, he was super nice!

The efficiency and knowledge of your service staff. They are professional to the core but very friendly and accommodating.
I did find reluctance on the part of the scheduling person. She was abrupt and harsh when I made inquiries regarding scheduling and actual arrival time. She could have been much more accommodating by simply stating that the appointment was established for the first call in the morning and that the truck would leave the office by 8:30 arriving as soon as possible. She was not very friendly nor does she represent the product well.

Affordable, ecological, and cleaned the areas of the carpet that were filthy! In addition, the air duct service was such an improvement in the air quality in our home, you could tell immediately! I will be calling back for my dryer ducts to be cleaned! I have already shared with friends the change in air quality! Thank you!

Most important was the professional representative that you sent to perform the work in the house! Joseph was very professional and took time to explain and explore the areas of the house that needed service. I originally wanted the 4 rooms for $99 special. My bill was over $700 when all of the areas were completed and I could not be more pleased. Breathing clean air is the single most important need for anyone! Thank you!!!

It didn't cost extra for high traffic areas.

I have used you SEVERAL times before. This is the only time that the carpet actually looked worse when it dried that before they started. The young man worked really hard so I'm not sure what the problem was. I had him redo the closet - almost like it brought spots to the surface instead of removing them. Anyway, I have been spot treating everywhere the spots came up since he was here. Again - he worked hard. I think I need someone experienced. I paid too much money for the results I got.

Wish I could report all 10's but i can't. Carpets were cleaned a week ago. They were in bad need of attention. My health keeps me from doing it as I have for many years. The advertisement on WBAP was rather convencing,and having grown up with them in the home i felt it was a pretty good offer and i believed what they recomended. There were pet stains , and the technician made it clear that he couldn't promise they would come out,but to be honest and not make any false promises was very understandable, and appreciated. The least boring I can describe this is that the cleaning was pretty much, the high traffic area. Makes sense? Not really. Not when it was 3 ROOMS $89.95. The carpet under the dinning table received ZERO attention, and does have stains plainly not done. There was NOT a SINGLE item in my home that was MOVED!Not even a throw pillow that had fallen off the side of the bed, not a small rug beside the bed, the small concentrator, ON WHEELS, that stands about 2 FT. high and 1FT. wide, which changes air into oxygen that I use at night. This was NOT heavy, or dangerous to move and can be rolled with one hand. When I received a call on Mon. before the cleaning on Thurs.I was ask to vacuum the area prior to cleaning, I explained I was not able to do that and was told not to worry the tech would be told the situation. But to the best of my knowledge that was not done. Even the chairs around the dining table were not moved at all. Maybe I was just expecting way too much for the special price that was being offered. It wouldn't have been so disappointing had the advertisement stated,"High Traffic Areas ONLY" $89.95 anything additional will be extra charge. That would have been accurate and honest. I have done this job for myself many times over the years, and I may have the wrong idea on how it's done or perhaps how I think its done. All areas within reach, not underneath the bed or sofa or heavy large furniture. But for crying out loud to clean up 'TO' a throw pillow on the floor, or a throw rug beside the bed was a bit different than I would have thought a competent tech would do. Again I want to express that I wasn't expecting like new results, and not expecting all things to be moved in each room,but i think the rug and throw pillow are examples of what I'm meaning in the disappointment of technique that seemed to be lost. It was a little late in the afternoon, and I suggested if it would be better to do this the next day I didn't mind. The young man said oh no I can take care of it. It seemed as though the wife may have been on the phone expecting his arrival at home was partly the reason I made mention it would be alright to wait til the next day. Ok, the next boring reading for u is the cost of cleaning my tile, kitchen, breakfast area, entry hall, and den. Cost would be $750.00. Explained that was not in the budget. He explained in turn the footage cost, the sealer, etc. All I needed was the floor to be cleaned!!! Wasn't wanting it sealed with GOLD! Nor was there any damage that needed repairing!!! Not living in the real world u may think, but not so. I lived on a fixed income and I live by my budget, so needless to say I declined. But I did need a protectant on the carpet, which brought my total very close to $160.00. Beginning $89.95 Ending $160.00. In my opinion that's a little like truth in lending, only it's truth in advertising in this case, but it doesn't seem to have turned out totally true. Also I did get another estimate on the tile with another company, was $ 200.00. More reasonable! While the tech was here he went outside , and a neighbor stopped and inquired about the service, a likely customer who will be needing the service in his upcoming move. Also my neighbor next door will soon be moving and will also need the service at their present home, and their new home. I feel sure there is someone at zerorez that realizes that a great advertisement for any product or service is word of mouth. I feel very strongly in that regard, as I did from WBAP.I don't want to be a thorn in anyones business. It is simply today we receive this type of service throughout our system of life, and I for one was not taught nor am I accepting of this in any place I do business with. People don't speak up for what is good business or poor. We have allowed this to be the way it is with half done service, neglectful service, and/or misrepresentation of product or service. I have given thought to this for one week. Not wanting sound like I'm wanting something for nothing, or expecting the impossible or the unreasonable. I've lived a fair number of years to not have learned to express my complaint in as diplomatic a manner as possible. I realize this has been lengthy, but I wanted to be sure I was understood, and the details are important to make a point to one who doesn;t see what I can. If this needs to be viewed, everything I have mentioned is still plain to see. Not to be out of order on this,but the question is what can we do to make things right? I feel like they really took their time to do the job the right way, not just rushing through it. You aren't the cheapest, but I feel like I really get my money's worth using you. The lead guy this last time was great, although I can't remember his name.

I can't believe the difference in the looks of the carpet that was cleaned for the second time. It looks so much better now after Tom came and cleaned it. All of the real dirty places are gone. I will definitely tell my friends about your business.
