when i called back to schedule the rug to be delivered, the man could not find our rug order and seemed to be a bit diswcourteous. the cleaners who came out were very good.

It was not specified that each stair would be charged at $4. When we phoned for a quote we were told there was a 3 room special at $79, we mentioned stairs and were told that was fine. The carpet was cleaned wonderfully, but when it came to the bill it was more than double the quote due to the stairs and the extra for the stain remover chemicals. I just think clearer pricing breakdowns would make for happier customers.

nothing really - just still looking for that company that can completely get rid of pet odors without breaking the bank. Y'alls prices are a bit high and you charge for a lot of different stuff.

The guy was nice but not very professional. He missed some places and some of the carpet was left really wet. Didnt vacumn before cleaning and I had to move a small table while he cleaned under it. And more....

No residue & no chemicals. Jaime the service tech was great - arrived early - went immediately to work - finished quickly. Jaime did a GREAT job - my carpet looks new. Will use this service again - and will recommend to others.

I have always liked that zerorez does not use harsh chemicals to clean as I have a dog that I feel doesn't need to be on the floor smelling chemicals, nor do I or grandchildren when we are laying/playing on the floor. I was quite surprised to get a call back after my feedback to offer to come and correct the problem. The crew that was sent out was very professional and went beyond what I even asked them to do. THIS is excellent customer service in every way. I will call again and pass on recommendations.

I always recommend Zerorez to all my neighbors who ask. Since using them the first time I I have been hooked and will continue to use them. The process is great, the only difference is in the technicians.some know more than others.

I had to vacuum again. Made a damage on the wall paper. Compare to other service provider, it was not worth. I will not use any other service from you.

You don't use harsh chemicals

You did a lot of work on our carpets and they look great, but there is still an odor. If the odor were gone, we would give you a 10! Thank you!

Stains didn't come out.

Your carpet cleaning is the best we ever had. Your overall services need improvement. For
example, we had to call and schedule three times to get our mop and bee water delivered.
We stayed home all day on a Saturday because we were promised that we would have it delivered that day. Next time it was the next Monday, and again we had to call, but we finaly got a couple of days later.

The tech was very professional. The result of the work was above my expectation.
The constant communication shows superior customer service!!
