Some areas were not cleaned. When asked if he could redo the area he gave an excuse.
You charge extra for big rooms but do not cut the price for smaller rooms.
Service and the service employee ( Mr Pruit) were excellent. I would hire Mr Pruit at anytime

This is the WORST company EVER!!!! They are so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! An agent called me 25 minutes before my scheduled cleaning to state that the technician was at an appointment and the customer added additional rooms that they did not originally scheduled and they were going to be at that home for the rest of the day and needed to cancel my appointment. I told them that was unacceptable as I was having an event at my house the next day. They didn't care and said they could come 2 days later. I reminded the agent again that my event was the next day. THEY DIDN'T CARE!!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE NIT DEPENDABLE OR REPUTABLE!!!! Please pass the word and share this on all social media sites!!!
Technician answered my questions and was knowledgeable. Only suggestion is that I wish the head of the vacuum hose got about 1/4" closer to the baseboards to pick up pet hair.

My carpet was very clean! It hadn’t been done in quite a while so we weren’t sure if it would look good. Our service man took time to make sure it did. He was tremendous!
The technician was on time, professional and listened to my concerns. My carpet looks so much better eventhough another company had cleaned it before, well said they cleaned it. The other company left so much powder substance in my carpet. I like that ZeroRez uses water to clean the carpet. Also the price was reasonable.

Professional timely
There are some sections that need to be redone.
After treating the great spot … it looked pretty much clean but few hours it appeared once again … seems it was never clean … have multiple such spots
There were several carpet stains that were not taken care of well, especially against furniture/wall and in other areas. Maybe need another way or method of cleaning stains? The pet stains were gone. The representative Julian was also very nice. I think need another civit to take out stains.
