The carpet stinks and can't get it dry-- 3 days and counting-- floor fans running 24/7

The water extraction demo left a big stain. If you want to offer demonstrations, they should make an improvement.
The service was on time, quick and easy, just as promised. We had a real mess for our service tech, Burt, to clean. However, he took care of it all with the greatest kindness. I was overjoyed with his ability and skill (not to mention the time) he put into it. He was awesome to say the least!

Zerorez has done my carpet and furniture several times for cleaning. Unfortunately, neither made my carpet or couch cleaner, so it was a waste of about $240.
We’ve used Zerorez a handful of times since we bought our home 4 years ago. It’s such a good service! They say your carpets are your biggest air filter in the house and you can tell after they leave that is 100% true. The air just breathes cleaner in our house. And without the smell of chemicals too. We’ll continue to use Zerorez for as long as we love in a serviceable area. Highly recommend!
