Don’t feel like my carpet is any better.
My carpet is less than 2 years old and it felt crunchy after it finally dried.
4 rooms and a hall and your technician was in my house less than an hour for $200 ????

My carpet was extremely clean after your company finished the work. Stubborn dark spots and stains were removed ... my carpet looked new again!!! The price for services was very affordable. I definitely will call you again to clean my home carpet.

I was informed that the cleaner wouldn't move anything above 50lbs, but didn't know that meant nothing was going to be moved at all. We removed as much stuff from the floor as possible, but some areas were still missed like under the desk area, the closets, and a little area by the hallway. I was also disappointed that some easy stains didn't come out and the edges of my floors were left uncleaned. Lastly, my downstairs hardwood floor was left dirty after leaving my house.

I only use Zerorez to clean our carpets. The technician that recently cleaned our carpets was very professional and did a great job.

I liked the service tech. He was very friendly and told me what he was going to do and how it would turn out and it was just as he said. He was able to get stains out that I didn't think would come out. I think the price was reasonable and he did a great job.

Great job by Caesar. My carpets were super dirty, and now they look like brand new carpet. They are dry enough to carefully walk on and totally dry within 8 to 10 hrs, The cleaning solution smells fresh and it was safe for my bird to be around. See you in 6 months Zero Rez!
