We paid extra for a treatment for the pet odor and within 24 hours the odor was back. $200+ to clean one room and the odor is still there.

Our service technician was a very nice young man! He arrived on time and took great care with our home! I only use this company for my carpets and highly recommend them to anyone! My carpet always feels clean and soft after they finish!

The service tech only cleaned 3 rooms not the 4 like he was supposed to in the 4 rooms for $99.00. When my husband asked him questions about other issues he kept quoting outrageous prices, etc. We have used you all before and were pleased but this last visit was horrible and per my husband we need to find someone else.
