This is by far the best carpet cleaning experience I have had. My carpets look great and the technician was top notch. I rated you an 8 because the pricing is high and there is not price for repeat service within a certain time frame.
I like the way Luke took the time and did a couple of extra areas that I was not charged for. I do not like to be nickeled and dimed to death. Since Zerorez did not do that I will be recommending them to my friends
The carpets where great right after they where cleaned, soft and fluffy. This morning however when i got up there where crunchy, hard and rather unpleasant to walk on. I actually preferred them before they where clean. I called this morning and talked to a lady, She said that it was my fault because I didn't dry them fast enough but she would send a tech out again to redo the carpets but they couldn't be out till friday. I said that was unexceptable because there was no furniture in my living room and I wanted to put everything back together. She got me an appointment today between 4 and 6 its now 5 and I have not heard anything. We will see how it goes the second time. If they are still crunchy I will call again and then I dont know what I will do. If they are fixed and not crunchy I may recommend to friends and family.

Associate did not honor coupon when asked about it when he was in my home. When I called afterwards, the manager was hard to reach and not helpful. The rebate check that was promised to me after over a week of going back and forth about it NEVER came. I will NEVER let these people come to my home again. What a disappointment.

Kept me apprised of dates and arrival times, arrived on time. Gave me the price I had been quoted, verified areas I wanted cleaned. Did a walk thru and explained the process thoroughly, time involved. When the work was completed, went thru the approval part. He did suggest treating 2 rooms with a stain guard treatment, which I agreed to. No high pressure-then went over what we needed to do the next 48 hours. Presented the bill for payment. Thanked me for using your business and left --no mess to clean up after. Your technician(Ceasar) was very nice, friendly and polite. A great asset to your company. First name removed

Technician very thorough, and carpets look very good.
First, I sent an email to Zerorez stating I had some issues and I received no response.
Second, it was my understanding that no chemicals were used in the cleaning process, yet the gentleman cleaning my carpet sprayed something very smelly as he went along. The smell was so strong I had to wear a mask. I was okay with this if it was helpful in cleaning my carpet, but the smell hung on for over a week...and it smelled like a chemical of some sort. I want to know what was sprayed on my carpet if it wasn't a chemical. The smell is finally gone.
Third, I may have a clean carpet, but now I'm left with track marks all over! I vacuumed over the entire house the next day, but the track marks wouldn't budge. A friend of mine used Zerorez and she said the marks should go away in a few days. It's been almost two weeks and they're still there. I purposely walk on the worst areas to try and get them to go away. I've even tried brushing the lines out where the tracks go in different directions making the carpet look awful! Nothing helps. I'm so embarrassed to invite anyone over. And fourth, on top of all that, the advertisement on the radio indicated there was a gift card if I mentioned the station and the DJ and used your services. I forgot about it when they came to clean the carpet, but no one said anything and I haven't received anything. Of the whole experience, I can say that both gentlemen were very nice and professional. That's the only reason why I gave you at least a two. I do expect a return phone call, please.
The service was good. They were on-time. My floors looked great and the vents were cleaned well too.
The technician who came, I think his name is Jaime, was very, very good. He was respectful of my time, he was very knowledgable and a did a great job. He called to let me know he was on his way. He knew I had to be somewhere and so he arranged to do all the work within the time frame that worked for me. He also did an excellent job of communicating with me any information he thought I would want to know.

Chris Rivas was our technician and he was WONDERFUL. He worked so hard and made our carpets look soooo good. I've been wanting to have my tile cleaned and after talking to Chris we decided to have it done the same day. Chris cleaned and sealed our tile and it looks like it did when we moved in 9 years ago. He was such a nice person and did such a great job. ZEROREZ is awesome and Chris made it a very special experience. Thanks Chris. We are very pleased.
Our tech, Micheal, was extremely professional. He went above and beyond what was expected. Our carpets haven't looked this good since we moved in.

Prompt response; we schedule in the morning and service was performed later the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable; pricing was fair. The guys were in/out of the house in less than 1 1/2 hours, and there were no chemical smells left over. We were about to replace carpets when we decided to try Zerorez as a long shot to get them clean. Carpets look new! the technician said I can get another 10 years out of my carpets, which has saved me a lot of money. Thanks,

I would recommend wearing shoe covers. It seemed contradictory to be wearing dirty shoes over the area that had just been cleaned. Otherwise the service was fine.
