service people on phone and technicians were very professional and friendly.
House smells fresh and clean. Carpet feels great on fresh feet. Jason arrived right on time, explained the theory behind Zerorez, and answered all our questions.
Joseph was an outstanding representative for your company. He and his colleague were polite and worked diligently all day long on a difficult job. Our HVAC company came to our house the next day to do some work and told us that they had never seen ducts this clean before. Our carpets and furniture looked like new and were so soft after the cleaning.
The pair who came out to clean my carpeting and sofas left large track marks on the sofas. They worked on a spot on the carpeting so much that there was a dark ring around the spot that looked worse than the spot.
I called the next day and Thomas, a supervisor, came out. He made it right. He re-dampened the sofas and "brushed" the nap so that there are no marks from the cleaning equipment. He got the carpeting to look clean. That is how it should have looked the first time.
I prefer a natural choice when I can find one. Fewer chemicals is always best. Amazing how the $79 3 room special turned to $356.

The first technician did a terrible job but I took advantage of your 30 day guarantee and am so glad I did! Thomas did a wonderful job cleaning up the first person's mess. My carpet looked new when Thomas was through. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything about the carpet. Thank you to Brad for listening to my complaint and sending out Thomas!

We have dogs and the enzyme they use to remove those sort of smells & stains is great.

Zerorez was a great choice for getting our carpets cleaned. Our technician, Cody, was incredible. He was so much more than a carpet cleaning tech. He knew so much, and was happy to explain anything and everything. You would have thought he made carpet for a living.
carpets look wonderful. technician was friendly, punctual, and very enthused about doing a great job for me.
The treatment was very costly, it did not remove the dog urine odor, and the carpet is still crunchy. I would like to have the soiled areas treated again to completely remove the odor and the crunch.
