High pressure sales at every single turn. I was exhausted by the time my two houses were cleaned. I have 9 houses and I will not endure this pressure every time I need my carpets cleaned. I just spent $589 two weeks ago with your company that was unsuccessful. I got suckered into an encapsulator treatment for smoke smell which didn't do anything whatsoever! I felt like I was at a car dealership and they were pressuring me to buy the extended warranty. I have several friends that have several properties and I will definitely be telling them about this situation. I just want a good job at a good price, "period".

My wife was not told of the added cost of pre-treatment until after your crew finished. It added $180 to our supposed $89 three rooms and a hall price. The crew did not clean under the two chairs in the living room that were pushed back towards the back door by us. All they had to do was move them forward and clean under them so now it looks terrible there.
We were shocked by the $312 price when they told her after the work. please be up front about treatment prices before doing that work in the future.

The technician is very friendly and the carpets are very clean without a lot of chemicals that later on attract dirt and make the carpets dirtier. I am a realtor and I recommend to all my clients that are preparing their homes to sell them to call Zerorez.

Was late - apparently stuck in traffic. Did not really apologize over the phone. Will never use again and will not recommend. Poor customer service!

Your guy was at my house between 15-20 minutes and cleaned one large room (maybe the equivalent of two room with very little furniture in it) and 2 halways and yet I was still charged the same price as if he had done 4 rooms and a hallway and been there for an hour. That's a little hard to swallow.

Well, first of all, the technician Randy, was friendly, well spoken, looked and presented himself as a professional. He explained the procedure and showed me things as he worked through the process. Secondly, the job he did was more than satisfactory. I'd had the carpets cleaned by another cleaner in December, and they were already looking bad enough to try Zerorez. Randy showed me where the other cleaner had left soaps and chemicals in the carpet which actually tend attract dirt. I was impressed. Carpets look great!

Guys were so charming, friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Carpets dried more quickly than with other services and carpets look great. They were lovely to work with.

$174 I spent down the drain for them to clean my mattress and they didn't even get the stains out, that was my main concern after even when setting up my appointment initially they assured me they could most likely get them out but they didn't so they had a field manager come only to tell me that the stains wouldn't come out, had I known before that they wouldn't completely out I would have put my $174 towards just getting a new mattress.
