Had to wait for 5 hours the day of the appointment and still did not get my carpet cleaned that day, equipment malfunctioned and had to r/s to another day. The young men that came out both times were very nice.
The service is great. The technicians know what they are doing and share all kinds of information about what they are doing. When they are done I feel confident my carpet is as clean as it can be. This is the third time I have used Zerorez and will not let anyone else clean my carpets or tile.
The products cleaned the carpet and the service provider did not try to upsell me on anything.

Fabian Moreno and Randy Jones provided excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet.
The Zerorez steam method is great. Our carpets are bright, clean and beautiful.
I hesitated to send my area rug to be cleaned. I was assured by the manager that it would be returned a specific day. Well that day came and went and I got no rug and no call. I called on Saturday (the next day) and was told it would be delivered at 4. I rushed home from work and called Zero Rez and was told they were on their way, then I got another call and was told they couldn't deliver it until Monday or Tuesday. Then Monday came and I was told it was raining and could not be delivered until Wednesday. Well, that didn't work for me and after a lengthy conversation, it was delivered Monday night. I was also told that I should have called them on Friday to confirm it was to be delivered. It was totally bad customer service and a company I won't do business with again.
Service rep was very thorough and explained all the step that he was planning to do and what I should do in the future to keep my carpets clean. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.
The way that they take care of their customers in the rare case that they need to come back a second time.

I also had my carpet shampooed last year but this time on Monday I found it was not as satisfactory as last year.The spots in traffic area we thought will go away after it dry out but no it is visible in family room

Keith was at my house when he said he would be there. He was very professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Keith did an excellent job, and we plan on using Zerorez again. I would give Keith a 15 out of 10. He was that good.
When I asked to have one chair cleaned I felt it was not cleaned except on front. The arms, sides, top, and back were not touched.

took stains out
I had my carpets cleaned Monday (2/10/14)and was very satisfied with the cleaning itself. I called and spoke with Thomas on Monday and told him I thought there was some miscommunication between myself and the technician. The technician talked to me about a "protectant" that could be put on the carpet after cleaning. We never discussed how many rooms nor the cost. I never said "Yes" I wanted this to be done. I was wondering why the bill was higher that I expected but waited till I got the email to investigate. I immediately called and Thomas told me I would receive a call back by 6:30pm on that Monday after he spoke with the technician. I AM STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL AND THIS IS WEDNESDAY! I am highly satisfied with the technician and the carpets look great. I have used Zerorez for several years on three homes that I own. I would like to get this issue resolved.
