The products that were used to clean my carpets left me feeling good about spending money and knowing that I received the professional cleaning service that I requested. I am very pleased with the overall outcome of Zerorez.
The service was excellent! My carpets look wonderful! The technician, Ron, was friendly and professional. He explained the process so that I knew what to expect. He did a very thorough job on my carpets. I am very satisfied. Ron also explained so of the other products Zerorez sells and I especially liked the air filters of which I ordered two before he left. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you Zerorez and Ron for a wonderful experience.

My carpet is 12 years old and has been cleaned yearly by Dalworth Cleaning. At no time after one of their cleanings has my carpet been as clean as it was after the Zerorez cleaning yesterdasy. My 12 year old carpet looks 'new'. Also, when the carpet dryed, there was no "crunchy" feeling/sound as I walked across it. Finally, there was absolutely no detergent/chemical smell. I love your carpet cleaning!

Carpet patch looks amazing - even a few weeks later! Was in the process of selling our home and it helped a lot with the first landing looking so much better for our Open House.
The first rep who came got upset when I was asking questions and left after calling in to ZeroRez from the van. A second individual who came was polite, professional, and personable - and did a great job! He even had a better way to patch the carpet (circle tool) than the first rep who suggested a square. My apologies that I forgot his name ... Kevin? Keith? He was great - kudos to him!!!
Carpet looked so much better than before the cleaning. We were MOST impressed! Had a couple areas that I would have liked to have cleaned again while the cleaning specialists were here, but did not receive a walk-through so didn't realize until the next day or so when it was dry. Also, my receipt notes that we didn't have carpet available for patch, which is not true. We did and the tech knew it, but since the carpet was wet, opted to wait until it was dry to have the patch done. We followed-up the following week with your company.
